I had worked with this company for 1.5yrs. The owner of this company has never taken responsibility when her company has made mistakes. She has blamed my staff for problems that have occurred within her company. She is very argumentative even when asked simple questions. After terminating her contract with office I had my staff go in to our system and they found $12K in unbilled services. I questioned her about the services and she proceeded to argue with me. I do not recommend this company from personal experience. read more

We have used Professional Billing Specialists for 7 years now, and we have had wonderful service from them all 7 years. The people that work there are very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Whenever I have questions, they are more than happy to assist me and/ or give me advice. Plus they are always pleasant to speak with on the phone, respond quickly to emails, and emit a cheerful attitude every time I interact with any of them. I would not have the peace of mind with the bill out in our practice if they did not hold a high standard of business in our eyes. We appreciate and value the excellance of this company! I called B.C. and the agent there called this billing place and had her tell me directly over the phone that i owed nothing. That did not stop the ongoing statements to be sent. If this had been some older folks they'd likely pay it and never get their money back. Unfortunately, we now live in a climate where we have to question everything. I called my dermatologist and told them i no longer can be their client due to their choices in labs they use and their 3rd party billing.
