I went to Evolve because I had bursitis in my right hip as a result of flat feet and I needed to strengthen the areas around my hip and knees. I received a recommendation to go to this clinic from a friend of mine who was satisfied with their care and professionalism. Not only did Dr. Ezrick's team massage my hip area and treat me beyond personal expectations, I was given a customized exercise and treatment program and I could tell that my therapist was not satisfied until he delivered A+ medical care. This clinic has very patient and attentive therapists that helped me achieve my goals, and as a result can walk/exercise with greater ease. My family and I have benefited greatly from the compassionate and professional care we received at Evolve. My father, a stroke victim in his 90's was enrolled in the ' fit for life' program there and thrived for years beyond what the doctor had predicted. I was not only impressed with his treatment by Louis, Greg, Jeff and others but also by their humility making it a pleasure to work together and know they were attentive to our concerns. Later my mom and I went to Chris who put his whole soul into helping us and keeping us afloat physically. Now we are having telehealth. Through this service, my mom now 93, has had significant improvement to her balance. I who suffer severe sciatic flareups and other issues have been rescued by a wonderful, intuitive therapist, Sarah, who was able to achieve alleviating the great pain I was in through a computer! I have been to other therapists through the years but those at Evolve surpass them all. When they train us, the philosophy there is never "pain equals gain." As soon as I walked in to Evolve on my first day I knew I was in the right place. The facility is clean, bright and very inviting. Sarah is my physical therapist who is kind, caring and extremely competent. She makes it a point to know you as a person as well as the area she needs to help heal. She has a healing nature that is contagious. Sarah is surrounded by very competent people as well. Mehran worked side by side with Sarah helping me do all my exercises, always with a smile on his face and always concerned about how I was doing. He was very attentive to my needs, always making sure I was doing my exercises correctly and always making sure I was not hurting myself. I especially liked the fact that Sarah was always in eyes view and always available if needed. Kerry was very attentive as well, always greeting me in the morning with a friendly smile. I have been suffering with lower abdominal pain for over three years. I have gone to numerous stomach doctors and had millions in diagnostic tests done. Even had two surgeries hoping to correct the pain. I couldn't Wear jeans, had trouble sitting for long periods of time and at one point I thought I was going crazy. I can't say enough good things about Hansen and the entire staff at EVOLVE Physical Therapy in Marine Park. I started treatment in December after dealing with a serious neck/cervical spine injury that caused pain, weakness, and loss of function in my arm and hands. Between my cervical epidural and the work Hansen did with me during PT sessions, I've made an incredible recovery over the last 4 months. The whole team was professional, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping me get better. I went from struggling with basic movement to now having full use of my neck, arm, and hands again -- and I'm back to heavy weight lifting. Dror is someone who takes physical therapy from a job to a livelihood. He's the reason I walk into this place with a smile on my face!! He makes the experience more intimate/personal, which is why I can't see myself doing therapy anywhere else. He pulled me out of some other PT facility 3 weeks into my ACL rehab and I thank gd and him every day that he did because under DROR I've advanced drastically. This is such an amazing facility. Its amazing that after each treatment session , you feel your leaving a spa. Each visit i receive a very nice amount of time of manual treatment consisting of stretching and massage, new exercises that always address.my issue and at the end modalities of heat and stimulation which feels amazing. All of the aides and therapists work amazing today and I love that the therapists are always.present even for the exercises. The management , therapists, and aides are so positive and truly care about you. My dad received amazing treatment here as well as my grandma. The sessions are never rushed and there is always infused water and many selections of coffee, lattes and cappuccino! I love my treatment here. Highly recommend!! read more

Dorothy Song is my Physical Therapist. She is by far an excellent therapist. My knees have been so painful, especially coming down stairs. Dorothy has me doing many different exercises to strengthen this area. She is so very caring and such a educated person in this field. I am now able to do much more without feeling the initial pain in my knees. I still have good and bad days, but with Dorothy's help I am learning to overcome this by doing the exercises regularly. Dorothy is so easy to talk to and she listens to whatever I have to say. I really forward going to Evolve as everyone there is so helpful and understanding. Eric and Alyssa at 15th st/park slope location have already helped me so much -- with in days I have gone from unable to walk normally or do many of my daily routines from an acute, excruciating back pain and numbness to starting to practicing healing and strengthening exercises and feeling optimistic about regaining strength and feeling all over -- so I can get back to living my life, work and raising (increasingly heavy, eager for piggie backs) twin 3 year olds. Just want to add a bit more to my review. My therapist, Coby, is a dedicated professional! He is really working hard to help me with my lower back pain! I have had pain in the back and thigh for 2 yrs now from a herniated disc. He is sympathetic and cares how I am feeling during therapy and during the exercises! After two orthopedic surgeons recommended a rotator cuff operation, I accidentally met Lou at the Harbor Fitness location of Evolve physical Therapy. I began therapy and was very impressed with the therapists knowledge and their hands on approach. After 3 months of PT I find myself in great shape. Horrible Horrible Horrible Service!!! The staff is far from attentive and my first treatment was divided between another patient! I am a paying customer and did not deserve this type of treatment! It is beyond how you run a business like this - super unprofessional, poor customer service, and selective to their clientele. The team at Evolve are lifesavers! I had a long term shoulder injury that I didn't think was fixable.
