I'm surprised by the bad reviews. I've been coming here for more than a decade and always had a good experience. Clothes are cleaned, timely, not too pricey. I've taken tops, coats and comforters without issues. More recently, I noticed the current staff isn't friendly. One employee particularly looked like she hated being there and didn't say a word to me while she still completed the service. I'd probably try a different place but this is the one I've been going to for a long time so I trust it. It's also in my area. Everyone, don't come to this store if you don't want them to ruin your clothes! They ruined my cardigan, all the buttons on my cardigan, not matter the big one in the front or the small buttons on the side were all broken!!! The staff here didn't actively tell me they broke all the buttons, when I was picking it up, I found out myself!!!!! No apology! No refund! Very poor customer service! Said they don't guarantee the buttons, this is such a bad excuse! No notice to customers and showing on the receipt! And they didn't want to give me the refund! I wasn't inlove or disappointed with their service. We brought 20+ things to be dry cleaned and they gave us a 4 day return time. One thing needed a new zipper. It was EXTREMELY expensive for the zipper. We spent $27 for the zipper to be replaced on my romper. The rest of the clothes were not ready for and we were told to come back the next day. Not a biggy because we live close but still odd because she could have said Tuesday to begin with. Every time we are there the younger female attendant is always on her phone and gives zero attention. It doesn't necessarily make me eager to go back. For our 22 items dry cleaned we paid $117. The customer service here is bad. I went in with a bag of clothes and the girl was helping a customer so I waited. Then a man comes in and the owner lady comes out and helps him first. I was very upset about their service recently I had this Amani white dress and sent it to this drying cleaning service, when I got it back it has yellow stains all over the bottom. I didn't notice when I picked up cause it was covered by plastic covers as usual. So when I took it back and asked them to re clean it... they denied right away that they didn't do it...however if u look at the pics it 's no doubt the yellow stain was caused by the chemical they use to dry clean..... also on my other dry cleaning dresses I found similar yellow stain but a lot less than this one and since I caught it at the time picking up the dress they had to reclean it for me.... I will never use them again...as I think the chemical they use is not as good especially for white clothes they just can't get it cleaned properly!! read more

This dry cleaner's owner is a THIEF. I came in to pick up my 4-piece dry cleaning order for $9.80. I was carrying $39 in bills before walking into this establishment. I pay $9 and I looked for change, the change was too hard to find so I pulled my $20 out. Then the korean lady just said the change is fine, so I dumped my change out and counted it better and I put the $20 down next to it as I counted. I already separated $0.80 for her but she scooped in all of my change, giving her an extra $0.07, and she grabbed my $20 as I wasn't looking. I thought about confronting her, but I just laughed because it was 7 cents; but at that point they already lost me as a customer. I later checked my wallet to realize $20 was missing too, I was already at work by that time so I called in to confront them and they yelled at me, they weren't apologetic at all! If you like getting robbed of your change, this place is a good place to go to! Also, be smart about pulling out your bills and about money you keep in your laundry pockets because the owner can't help herself. My family has actually been a customer to this dry cleaner for 15 years but no longer. It seems like they value $20 more than a loyal customer that spends over $100 a month here. read more

Aiight. So i lost a marled grey turtleneck sweater here like 2 weeks ago. I didnt blame them initially but when i kept looking and confirmed with my mom, we concluded that they lost it. Its not the first time this has happened though; my dad also lost his pants a while ago and they tried to replace it with a similar one that was a different size hoping we didnt find out. We did, and after we returned it my dad never got his original pants back no matter how much we pushed for it. Anyways they gave it back a few weeks later along with another sweater we appeared to have forgotten about...im glad i got my clothes back but it wouldve helped if they had let us know earlier...& im not sure if my dad will ever get his pants back haha read more

My usual place to hem my pants already closed down. So i decided to find new place and go to the one across from it. It looks big and nice at first, but boy am i dissapointed. I was told that to get it hem and with single stiches will be $8 at first. But tiwards the end i was told it might cost $10, because the bottom of my pants is about an inch wider, WTH? Been using this dry cleaners for the past couple of years. Over the years, they have been shrinking my clothes and, at times, the smell of chemicals will linger on my clothes. In recent months, when I went to pick up my dry cleaning, I would hear other customers complain about missing articles of clothing, bad alteration jobs. I also fell victim of having an article of clothing gone missing: I was told that this was my problem/fault. I now write down or take pictures of the clothes before dropping them off. And I've learned to double-check the receipt which lists all the clothes I dropped off before leaving. Customer service isn't great: like one reviewer mentioned, I have seen the owner walk away mid-conversation from her customers (but I think this also has to do with language barriers and culture differences. We've been using Professional Cleaners on Fairway and Colima for a few years now. My parents use them too. Apparently, their facilities are actually used by many, not all, of the smaller dry cleaners in the area for their dry cleaning machines. The smaller cleaners bring the clothes to this facility. My mom has highly sensitive sense of smell as do I and there are no noticeable chemical odors on our dry cleaned clothes. We once needed a pair of pants dry cleaned on the same day between business trips and got to the store in the morning. They were able to finish it the same day by the time we had lunch at the Korean sullungtang restaurant next door. That said, their alteration capabilities are limited. We had a pair of Brooks Brothers pants whose cuffs had frayed and had been torn. They said they were not able to fix it. I took it to Alterations and Cleaners in Rowland Heights near Colima and Fullerton inside the Korean plaza and she was able to fix that pair and another one by the next day. I've been taking my clothes here for last couple of years since I moved to Walnut. I have no complaints. They've never lost anything or messed anything up. The couple that own the place are always nice and my stuff is ready in a timely manner. I don't know how they compare in price to other places though. Can't be easier....drive up and they'll come out to your car and pick up your items that need to be dry cleaned.
