This place is nice and clean. Spacious. I didn't like that they had very few big washers. Both of which were taken by the same couple. I came ready with quarters, as this was my first time here, not realizing you buy a prepaid card . Kind of frustrating but no big deal. They offer vending machines for snacks, drinks, and laundry supplies. They also offer fluff and fold services. read more

I had several large blankets left overnight and cleaned. They were cleaned and I received them in great condition. The location is very clean and there are many washers and dryers. Overall it is a great place to have your clothes washed and dried. read more

Dropped off my queen size blanket for a wash. It cost $20 for a wash, the price was fair given I didn't have to wait for 1+ hr to complete. I was quoted a time but it didn't get completed until several hours later. No big deal since I wasn't in a hurry but might be a factor if you need your blanket sooner. I am new to laundromats, but I love coming here. The facility is clean, the machines are so fast and efficient, and parking. While I can't comment on the prices, I am happy they accept credit cards. I rarely have cash (typical millennial) and I love the Panaderia next store. Just be warned, the Daily Bargain La Habra is next door so keep your hands in your pockets as I had to lug four bags of laundry and five large items into my car after my last visit. The staff is helpful and attentive, which is nice in case your machine is bugging out. There is a lot of counter space to fold your laundry and there are vending machines to get laundry supplies and snacks. read more

My washing machine is out of commission for a few days and I really needed to get laundry done. I went to Sudz after remembering that I'd gone there about 12 years ago when I first moved to the area awaiting delivery of my new washer/dryer set. I was very satisfied then and was happy to find it's still a great laundromat. The place is roomy even though it has several machines. Only saw one needing repaired, but clearly labeled. The card machines were easy to use. It was so clean and kept up. No lint, or dirt or hair found anywhere. Lupe, the lovely employee that worked there was on top of everything. Steadily doing laundry, emptying trash and wiping things down. Each customer that came in greeted her with a smile while picking up their clean laundry. You could truly tell she takes pride in her work. Having a washer and dryer at home is a luxury I am grateful for, but if I had to use a laundromat on a regular basis I would choose this one EVETY time. Side note: The parking lot has a security officer that monitors constantly so you feel safe which is important during these crazy times. read more

Super clean and lots of different sizes to choose from at different prices of course. The only issue I had was the spin cycle doesn't spin hard and fast enough and the residual water left in your clothes makes is a long drying time. This is the cleanest laundry facility I've ever been to. Machines and dryers are always cleaned and disinfected. Lupe is extremely friendly and very helpful. The new folding tables by the dryers was a great idea because it created more space for folding clothes. read more

I came here the last time my home washer went out. Inside is very clean and they have plenty of washers and dryers. The washers seem clean prior to using them and my clothes were fresh when they came out. They offer laundry services when you can drop it off or get them picked up to wash, which is a nice service if you're busy and need to utilize a local laundry service. I really like washing my clothes here. It does get packed but on rainy days- it's sooooo nice. The staff always keeps the place clean and theyre always around to help you. I used to live in West LA and it was so ghetto for an area you would expect better service and a nicer laundromat. Im so glad to be around here now and have a facility that is also reasonably priced. I feel like I never have to watch out for homeless or be too weary of people. Its mostly families or regular folks that get their wash done. So thankful. read more

I honestly don't even want to give a one due to the fact that there is definitely a stealer/thief in here Been coming for almost couple months and it's funny how everytime it's occupied, no one takes it but the second I step out for a drink and come back in to find my laundry getting stolen. and it's not only regular clothes, it's only the high quality gym brands. I will be taking actions and setting a case. Police case will be started to see who stole it. The worker should be in charge of not letting anything get stolen even with the fact that it says your not repossible. do better smh for those who are planning to go here. please know that if you step out for even 10 minutes. there will be something stolen. might as well just wash it somewhere more trustworthy read more

Updating it because yes it is not 35 a lb however I went way under the weight, and there was a minimum of 30 dollars which I was fine with but to charge an additional 5 dollars with no notice seems really unreasonable especially since my original order was not really even large. Still one of the best laundromats I've ever been to. Place is very clean, they have a ton of washers and dryers and if you're lucky, it won't be as packed, so you can finish your load of laundry fairly quickly. The overall cost can rack up a bit if you're doing multiple loads, so I recommend using the bigger washers to combine your loads if you have a fair amount of clothes to wash. read more

Finally found a laundromat that I love! Very clean, including the machines. A lot of machines with different sizes as well. The best part is you can load a laundry card with your credit/debit card, makes it so much easier than getting coins. Everyone seems very friendly too. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Laundromats are necessary, but they don't have to all be janky! I used to go to the one that was closest to my house. Now, it's a laundromat, but it's all quarters and no employees. Sudz in La Habra is really great! Always an employee, no need for cash, and clean. I love this laundromat! I've been coming here for a few months now since it's much easier to get all my laundry done in a couple of hours (5-6 loads washed, dried, and folded). The fact that you're able to load a card vs quarters is what enticed me to come try it out, but once I saw how clean, efficient, and spacious it is, I won't go anywhere else. I drive from Anaheim every week to get everything I need done. I usually come on the weekdays (anytime from 9a-1p) and it's always pretty empty with plenty of different-sized machines available. On top of that, I recently added money to a card, but the card must've gotten demagnetized on my wallet/phone, so I ended up reloading a second one to complete my washes. I came back the next time and asked one of the employees if there was any way I'd be able to add the remaining balance from the bad card to the new one and she was able do it without any issues! The employees here and very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Machinery that is out of order are always noted and I haven't had any issues with Customers going through clothes that aren't theirs and the music is a great touch. The bathrooms are accessible as long as you have a card to swipe in and they are CLEAN and stocked at all times. Added brownie points - there is a store next door that sells fruit, juices, shakes, bionicos, and ice cream. Try it out and I promise you won't be disappointed! read more

I've been coming to this laundromat for a couple of years and I am SHOCKED on the increase of the prices. I understand that everything is getting expensive but $8.25 for "warm" water on the 6 load machine is wild. If you come here DON'T waste your money on the hot water cycle because it's not even hot. The one thing that I can appreciate from this place is that the machines and floors are always clean, thanks to the two ladies from the morning shift. I use them for my pick up and drop off fluff and fold laundry service. It's a pretty quick turn around and most of all convenient. I've never had any issues with text communication and I would highly recommend them. Our washer and dryer isn't hooked up at the moment, so we've been using them for the past 2 months. Sometimes I get lazy and would def use this again. Cost adds up but pricing is decent, blankets and dog beds are charged at a higher rate, understandably so. I provide my laundry sorted in random bags to make it easier and I always get them back. Sometimes when I'm not home I leave my laundry outside for pick up too. A+ great service read more

This evening I had a terrible experience with the managers customer service at this laundromat establishment and I feel compelled to share my negative review. I recently moved to the area and in search of a laundromat where I can leave our dirty cloths and pick it up wash and folded. I visited this location ready to leave soils of a family of 6. My spouse and child got off the car first because our little one needed to use the restroom. My spouse asked the manager for the restroom and she incredibly rude and unprofessional stated that it was out of service. She again told the manager that it wasn't for her it was for the little one. The manager again making bad face expression said "I told you it's out of service". Not only did the manager refuse to let them use the restroom in a helpful manner, but also spoke to her in a condescending tone and seemed mad It was clear that they didn't want our business and their lack of empathy and basic customer service skills was extremely disappointing. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this place,and I would strongly advise others to steer clear as well. A company's customer service is a reflection of their values and commitment to their customers, and this experience left a lot to be desired. It's unbelievable a place where people spend money and hours doing laundry has no working facilities, she simply denied it to us. At first my husband and I liked coming here. But then we had an incident. I do want to say, I understand that I am responsible for anything I leave in my pockets and gets lost. But here's what happened and why I don't recommend this place... Back in December (I know it's been a while but I was hoping the truth would come out by now), I left my engagement ring in my pocket. I was not there washing, my husband was. I forgot to tell him my ring was in my pocket. I eventually remembered and told him. He couldn't find it so after drying the clothes he checked again. Nothing. So he told the young gentleman working there and he said he would look for it. My husband also called during the week. The next week my husband and I went to wash again and as we walked in the young gentleman was working and he's like, you're the one that lost the ring right? We instantly say yes! He said, oh I found it and gave it to my manager. Poor guy was scrambling the whole night looking for it. Nothing. He said, well I gave it to my manager, she must have it. My husband called several times, talked to the owners, and apparently it "disappeared". They even made this young man call us and apologize, which I think was weird. Because he turned in the ring to his manager. Moral of the story, I don't trust the manager and unfortunately, that makes the company look bad. I just want my ring back. read more

I came here in an emergency situation for a family member, and I was absolutely amazed by the cleanliness, organization and service. Lupe was so kind and helpful, she explained the process, got everything logged, and explained the process for pick up as well as an email confirmation. All of the linens were beautifully folded and organized in a durable bag, with a clean and fresh scent. The items were practically feeling like new, even the linens! I will not come here anymore. They need to not hire people who yell and be rude to the customers. This was my favorite laundry place ever. Until yesterday on Monday. I was getting my clothes out of the dryer. And this guy comes up to me. Telling me that I need to hurry up because he needs to work. And I told him that's not how you speak to someone. And then he proceeded to say you been doing that for 3 minutes now, you need to hurry up. Your taking to long, go fold your clothes on the table. I was trying to grab my clothes and make sure that I didn't forget anything. I used to love to come here but not now. The guy was so rude to me, he don't have any good customer service. You do not rush someone and on top of that yell at them. then he runs and go to the phone saying he was going to call his boss. He called his boss on me only because I didn't rush like how he wanted me to be. You guys have lost a loyal customer, I came all the way from Buena Park to do my laundry with you guys.
