The owner was very nice and welcoming. That's very important to me. I took in a cashmere sweater and it cost $9. It's in a pretty good location on Colima next to In and Out. So I get it, they need to charge a premium just to cover their rent. This is a mom and pop business. The pros is that there's plenty of parking and the owner is a very nice lady. I have been here before to get some coats dry cleaned and they did a good job so I decided that I could come and drop off one of my purses because they also offer that cleaning service. They had me leave it for about four days and they said they'd give me price when I returned because of size of purse. i was fine with that as it was a Dooney and Burke and didn't mind spending to have it properly cleaned. Long story short, I would not trust them with high end purses again. I got the purse bag and the leather color is bleeding into the interior pocket now. So sad that they don't know how to work with leather and my purse is ruined inside. It also still smells which is the reason I took it in the first place. read more

They're opened early so I can go right before work and the ladies that work there are so sweet! You go early and parking is no issue.. They did a good job cleaning my blankets. However, its getting a 2 star because I felt ripped off. I was quoted $36 and when I went to pick up my blankets, I was charged $50. The pickup receipt they give you does not include a price, so be aware of this and always get the price you are quoted on the receipt. read more

Snappy service. Incredibly organised. After having ironed my own shirts for eight years, I think it's probably the most time-consuming activity a man can do on his weekends. I have to admit that it does have some therapeutic value. Everyone knows not to wash your own ties. So when I stained my ties (damn BBQ lunches) I went here because it was near my workplace. I dropped off two ties and was charged approximately 4 dollars per tie. When I came back a few days later, the majority of the stains were gone, however, you could still see the stain marks. It wasn't completely clean! They said they could try again, but they'd have to charge me for the wash again. I said, "no thanks" and walked out of there. Never coming back. read more

When one of their subcontractors ruins your clothes, they do not accept responsibility. I brought a brand new shirt and slacks here to be cleaned and pressed. I received it back with stains. The clothes were ruined. She offered me $10 credit. Are you kidding me? The worst part of it was actually her attitude. She said $10 and walked away like I was at fault. Mistakes happen and I can understand that. But to ruin someones clothes and just so nonchalant about it and walk away when I complained is the worst part. come here at your own risk. read more

Customer Service : RUDE..and REPEATEDLY state I picked up my order already... This is my FIRST and LAST time at this cleaners. They lost my dry cleanings ( 1 slack, 1 winter long coat, and 6 sweaters). I choose this location because it was closer than my regular cleaners (on Fairway). I was there for 30 mins. Trying to look for my OWN cleaning. Yes it was beyongd the 30 days, but she stated they keep unclaims for 1 year. It's been 20 days beyond, where us my clothes?????? She kept insisting i picked up already. After the third time, of NO! I invited her to cone to my house to look in my closet. She told me in the 12 years, this has NEVER happened! Based on these reviews , I SEE it has happened before!! After 30 mins., I returned to show her pictures of my closet, and took my sweater bin to her. NO SWEATERS!!! This place is Fucked up. they messed up my pants ,i brought my 2 hugo boss jacket, for hugo boss pants, all my four pants has Scald my pants. one suit is brand new, my jacket hadnot been take care of. My favorite cleaners by far. I live in Silver Lake and work in Hollywood which have plenty of cleaners, BUT I'll wait to take all my high end items to this cleaners on my way to go visit my family and friends on the weekends. These guys have always taken good care of me and have even been able to do alterations in short turnarounds. I work way too hard for my money (and I probably have trust issues - haha) to go elsewhere -- these guys do my clothes right. Totally recommend this place. read more

This place is incredibly amazing place to drop off your clothes to be mended and the owner is very kind and nice. I bought the dress for my graduation but it was little bit small for me so I asked the owner make it bigger. Work process was really fast and I picked up my dress in two days and the price was not that expensive too. Dress fit perfectly and the detail of her sewing was really nice. This place deserves no stars. The most HORRIBLE experience I've had with alterations. I just moved from Orange County and against my better judgement tried to get my pants altered in the area. First place I went to was a fail (Lam's) the man was rude and I didn't bother even staying. Then on a recommendation of a friend went here. At first glance I felt better the man working was super nice and friendly. I explained to him what I wanted and he seemed to understand. He tells me to come back Tuesday. I went on Wednesday to pick up my pants. I try them on and tell the lady (she was there this time) that there was no change. I wasn't gonna pay $12 for absolutely no change done. I explained what I wanted then she says, "oh my brother no understand. I understand now." and tells me pick them up on Monday. Its Monday, I'm expecting my pants to be done, WRONG. Not only did she tell me they weren't ready but tells me now it's going to be $16 for each pair of jeans! She explains it was more difficult blah blah blah. I tell her I have no problem paying that but fact of the matter is, you've made me wait for a week! She gives me a look and says, "ok discount $30." Oh how kind of you for a $2 discount! I leave saying that's fine and that I will expect my pants to be ready as promised the next day. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Very misleading!!! I know now to trust my gut and make my drive to OC to my original place to get my pants altered there instead! read more

I have been using this cleaners for years but they really messed up big time. I brought in a knit dress to be cleaned. When I got it back it had noticeably shrunk and there were shiny pressing lines (like ironing black material) on all the seams. The lady blamed it on the material. The dress cannot be worn again with the unsightly shiny lines. She said there was nothing she could do for me. I will not return to this cleaners and would not recommend it. read more
