After inspecting the roof and getting everything through the insurance company, we upgraded from the builder grade roof to their premium roofing (30 year impact resistant, 120mph wind resistant), which was about an additional $1,200 above what the insurance was going to cover. So far all was good, until around March 31st of this year, at which time we had high winds ( 40-45mph sustained winds and gust up to about 55mph - well below the rating of the roofing) but had a number of shingles blow off. I have tried to contact the company about the situation but the number on the website (913-286-4826 goes to a towing service and another number I was able to find just goes to a voice mail - of which I have left a number of voice mails that are never returned. Now I am left with a exposed roof that I am going to have to pay someone to repair something that ABC Roofing should be fixing but I can't speak to anyone or get them to return my calls. I need them to quickly contact me and fix the issue or reimburse me for having to have to pay another company to fix their incompetence.

Victor construction initially told me they would be replacing my roof as well as my gutters. However, only the roof got replaced. When questioned, they claimed it was a clerical error on their part and did not do anything to correct this. Not only that, but the roofers ran into my garage door causing it to need to be replaced. Victor Construction took very little accountability, making the roofer pay for the new door out of pocket. When I asked Victor roofing if they were insured, I never got an answer which increased my anxiety about the situation. After a week, the door was finally fixed but I had to make a lot of phone calls to get progress made. I also did not have the contact information of the person who broke the garage door for several days. As a first time home buyer and being new to this type of work, I felt taken advantage of during this whole situation. When my realtor tried to communicate with Victor Construction themselves, they were ignored and I was called because I had less experience dealing with these types of issues. Their driver was swerving in and out of their lane for a long stretch of the road, and several times it looked like they were intentionally trying to hit my car. When I finally honked to alert them, they responded by accelerating to at least 15 mph over the speed limit. At the next red light, they refused to move when it turned green. Then, right before it turned red again, they suddenly took off--only to continue driving just as recklessly. When I rolled down my window and told them to stay in their lane, they sped up to around 60 mph, which is over 20 mph above the posted limit. This kind of dangerous, irresponsible driving is completely unacceptable for anyone--let alone someone operating a company vehicle fully branded with the Ramirez Roofing name. If this is how their employees behave on the road, I can only imagine what kind of care (or lack of care) goes into their work. I would never trust a company that allows this level of recklessness to represent them. Absolutely unacceptable. Edit to my original review: I want to clarify a few important details. The drivers this company spoke to are not being honest -- they were driving recklessly and nearly ran me off the road. The person who answered the phone refused to actually speak with me about what happened. No one yelled at her. I simply asked if she understood what I was saying, which for some reason she took as me asking if she spoke English. Instead of answering or discussing the situation, she refused to engage, so I told her I would escalate it to the police if she continued to shut down the conversation. She was the one refusing to act like an adult. When she asked if I got the license plate and I explained that it was dark and I only saw the company name on the van, she hung up on me. I have not received a call back -- only an aggressive public response to my Google review. My "creative version" is actually the truth, and it's disappointing that they would rather dismiss concerns than address reckless driving by their employees. Based on other reviews, poor communication and a complete lack of accountability seem to be an ongoing problem with this company.
