Other places I went to were not willing to take the time to actually walk you through the process. And the prices were very high. Caroline helped me with the design and even pointed out aspects of the design I may have missed. Caroline also worked with me if I had a question or changed my mind. They deliver was on time and was quick. The man was even courteous enough to ask if I wanted him to remove his shoes to not track mud! It goes to show every detail to the design and delivery. I never felt rushed or that I was taking too much time whether it was taking items home to live with for a few days or in reviewing design plans. We were fortunate to have our cabinets delivered in the timeframe we were given. Delivery day went smoothly and efficiently. A few weeks later our cabinets were installed by our contractor where it was discovered that we were excluded one draw roll out for our pantry & the glass front doors had a slight mix up. Both issues were resolved in a timely manner and I feel it was due to the manufacturer, not Kitchen Fabulous. I would highly recommend Kitchen Fabulous, Caroline or Tiane for any budget, any job large or small. We love our kitchen and the functionality we now have. We couldn't be happier! The price for sealing the countertops was more than reasonable . John was our representative he was very kind and helpful. He was also very educated about our stones mineral make up. There work was careful, extraordinary, fast and beyond reasonably priced. They not only made us a great counter and backsplash they installed it with ease. The difficulty of our space is there isn't a flat or straight wall in our 1929 apartment. These guys cut a piece of stone perfectly for us. From initial conversation to measurements to two installs within one week (first counter then the backsplash) these guys were easy to deal with.
