We said this would not work, could we have a later time or alternative time. We messaged her on Wednesday, and again on Thursday. Did not hear back until today (February 4). Apologized our messages were "lost in the shuffle". We were told they would be checking with their driver. Unfortunately by now we are in a bit of a time crunch. She says "unfortunately I do not have an answer for you just yet" and offers us alternative companies. I then tried calling and messaging this woman who does not answer. The owner then calls up and screams at me. I said nothing and this woman is being nasty. She claims "I'm running a business I need a few hours!!!" I guess a solid 96 hours is not enough. She then calls me a bully and refuses to do business with us which is outright laughable. If you are ok with broken communication, a poorly run operation, and people who make accusations to cover their own mistakes, then this is the company for you!!!

OK, it was a mistake...until I was told they had been trying to open it for a half hour before I showed up and could have called me to tell me not to come. Now the owner had a "colleague" meet me and asked if I wanted to come back later. You really think I'm going to drive another hour again so I can be told some other excuse? To top it all off, the owner had my number and didn't even bother to text, email, or call to apologize. She only responded after I had text her telling how upset I was and how I wasted the whole day waiting for the appointment because they were "busy" and spent time and money coming to see the vanity. She never offered anything to fix this, she only responded by explaining her screw ups and why her business acumen is horrible. I said that if i were her, I would first apologize wholeheartedly then offer to make it right by finding the soonest time to personally open up and show off the vanity and offer some kind of incentive/discount. She didn't even bother to respond. Either she doesn't need the business, or is too naive to realize how to do it correctly. I suggest not even bothering with this place because if this is how they screw up the simple things, imagine what the end result would be like...

As an interior designer who has been purchasing furniture for clients for more than 21 years, I have ordered from countless vendors and have never experienced a return policy like this. When the shelf arrived, I realized it wasn't the correct match for a unit my client had already received. Since my client wanted a matching pair, I immediately requested a return. The item was not damaged--I simply needed to return it because it wasn't the right piece for my project. What happened next was shocking. Although the company agreed to accept the return, they deducted a 30% restocking fee ($338.10), round-trip shipping charges of $636.58, and the associated tax, for a total deduction of $1,042.91. On a purchase of roughly $1,200, I received a refund of only $162.98. Advertising "free shipping" feels very misleading when customers can later be charged hundreds of dollars in shipping costs if a return is necessary. Had I known that returning an item would cost me over $1,000, I never would have placed the order. Every company has the right to establish its own return policy, but I believe customers should be made aware of the true financial risk before purchasing. In my opinion, this policy is unreasonable and far outside what I've encountered in over two decades of buying furniture professionally. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not purchase from this company again. I encourage anyone considering ordering from them to read the return policy very carefully and understand exactly what it could cost if your item doesn't work out.
