Kitchen fabulous cabinet, they were great in every way. Pricing, quality, and patience. Caroline helped me. I was designing/ remodeling a old kitchen. I was not sure how to or where to begin. Other places I went to were not willing to take the time to actually walk you through the process. And the prices were very high. Caroline helped me with the design and even pointed out aspects of the design I may have missed. Caroline also worked with me if I had a question or changed my mind. They deliver was on time and was quick. The man was even courteous enough to ask if I wanted him to remove his shoes to not track mud! It goes to show every detail to the design and delivery. The men that brought in countertops and cut the stone were fantastic too. I could not be happier with them

They were great help in executing the look we wanted. Especially during the supply chain issues. I never felt rushed or that I was taking too much time whether it was taking items home to live with for a few days or in reviewing design plans. We were fortunate to have our cabinets delivered in the timeframe we were given. Delivery day went smoothly and efficiently. A few weeks later our cabinets were installed by our contractor where it was discovered that we were excluded one draw roll out for our pantry & the glass front doors had a slight mix up. Both issues were resolved in a timely manner and I feel it was due to the manufacturer, not Kitchen Fabulous. I would highly recommend Kitchen Fabulous, Caroline or Tiane for any budget, any job large or small. We love our kitchen and the functionality we now have. We couldn't be happier! To exchange it for the same pump in working order, not blowing rods out of the body of the machine, I was told I had to pay the difference. Not the point. Her passive aggressive nature was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I made sure to thank her over and over less than 3 feet away from her and it was only her and I. NO response at all. I apologized no response at all. Her tone was loud and her demeanor was wildly angry . I have been to this location in the past. This experience was so poor I hope harbor freight tools checks in on the representatives that are the faces of their corporation. Btw the woman at the Islin NJ location( younger curly hair pretty) needs a promotion, a gold star and raise. She is truly a breath of fresh air to walk in to every single time I shop that location. When the partial delivery was made it to my house , it wasn't the color I ordered and still did not receive the bullnose.I tried to get in touch with Mike multiple times about the issue but he never returned my phone call . I had to wait for the 2 nd delivery and it took months and still no return call from Mike , so I called my credit card and put a stop payment. Within 6 hours Mike finally called me back. I had the delivery within 5 days. When I called Mike to let him know that the majority of the bullnose was chipped he said it will not be a problem, just let him know how many are damaged and he will replace them. that was over a year ago . Still to this day he will not return my calls . I have given him multiple chances. Next stop small claims court. Thank you Mike for making this a painful experience.
