I opted for the All American Wash as it wasn't too dirty and the price was right. He took care of both interior and exterior but also got into a lot of small areas where most people don't. He also got my rims looking brand new which is pretty hard to do because my car gets a lot of brake dust that builds up on them. I would say they have on average, 10 cars there at any one time. And everything from a Toyota to a Rolls Royce and Bentley. I quickly decided to bring mine in and get it detailed (inside and outside). They did a fantastic job, actually the best detail I've eve had; weeks later, my car still looks beautiful. They didn't forget one thing on the car; it's clean, spotless, and perfect. I also had them fix 4 dings/dents in my car, so now it really looks brand new. This was my initial visit to Proshine Car Wash and Detail. I had visited this location when it was…read moreoperated by different folks and possessed different business names. The visit I had at the previous business wasn't spectacular; however, this was a far better experience. I've desperately needed my car detailed and have struggled with the idea of letting anyone touch it due to COVID-19 concerns. In passing by this location, I've noticed the staff wearing masks and it's also very clean so I decided to entertain taking my car here. I researched the business hours early Sunday morning and stumbled across a Groupon offer. The deal combined with the convenient opening time of 8AM persuaded me to give in to my germaphobic fears. I'm really happy I did! I opted for the full service deal and there happened to be a 20% promo offer. I paid $11.25 in the end. I got more than my money's worth! I pulled up to the car wash and the staff were both friendly and patient. As I mentioned above, I hadn't visited this location since they changed hands so I wasn't privy to the fact one remains in the car when it goes through the wash. That being said, I was extremely confused and not complying very well with their guidance. I'm sure they had some good conversation once I caught on, lol. Nonetheless, they were good sports about it! The Groupon was scanned when I pulled up so payment was essentially taken care of at time of service eliminating the need to go into the lobby. After I drove through the wash portion, I circled around to the back where Junior detailed both the inside and exterior of my car. My dashboard and seats looked great and my floor mats and tires haven't been this clean in a LOOOOONG time! WOW! Due to the fact I purchased the Groupon on my iPhone with Apple Pay and was coming from a run, I didn't have cash to tip nor did I have a debit card for the ATM inside. Needless to say, I asked Junior his name and promised to return. For the record, I did return within the hour. ;) Junior was friendly and professional and did a superb job detailing my car and so were the other gentlemen who assisted and worked there. Finally, the manager was also very friendly and accommodating. I will absolutely return to this establishment and recommend this car wash to others in need of an affordable detail.
