We had to find emergency housing for the individuals that were in the damaged section. The undamaged section could be used pending a cut off by a electrician. There was 150 elderly folks out in the weather and I called this company. I got the on call tech as they said 24/7 service. He was belligerent, didn't want to come and insisted we had to be an established customer. False advertising as online it SAID 24/7 service, a rude heartless person, as he wouldn't even check to see if we were on the books. As we are a large nation wide company we will NEVER use them again.

Within 2 months something went wrong with it. they were out every year sometimes three times a year replacing parts on this air conditioner. several times I told them to just give me a new unit. they said that they had replaced so many parts on it it was practically new. Less than a year after the warranty expired it has stopped working. We found out pieces were put on wrong. And the entire job was not done correctly. Stay away from these people.
