I was adamant that she should be payed for the service she provided but she refused. It didn't fit, so I had to get it sized (2 sizes down) the lady sent it off and said it'll take 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, we get a call and they said they can't alter a ring 2 sizes down so they have to order a new one, which would take about a month (The lady who sent it off should have known this). Anyways Alicia was very helpful, and got me a new ring in the same size and I only had to wait a couple days. So thank you Alicia.
