Post op kept telling me I was fine, but I still can't smell anything, nose stuffed up and is worse. They also billed me way too much even after i met my deductible. Stopped in to have a diamond ring resized. We are able to get it appraised by another independent jeweler and take it back and force them to refund our money. We then bought the real diamond from House Of Diamonds. They brought in multiple stones for us to compare. We were able to choose the one that best suited us and they did a beautiful job with the mount and Service.
