Our meet and greet was great and I felt fully confident having them in our home and spending time with our kitties. They let us know what they needed and made everything super easy! Every day we were sent a summary of the visit with photos. Two of our cats are much more outgoing and warmed up to them very quickly. They played, got brushed, and were clearly very well cared for! I was really impressed with how they cared for my cat Hutch. He's very shy so they only saw him a couple of times, but made sure to let us know that he was eating and using his litterbox. I really appreciate that they didn't hunt him down and make him uncomfortable. He gets bad dandruff when he's stressed out and when I came back he was completely dandruff-free! This is common sense as an adult... If you cannot render services to any additional inquiring potential customers, my suggestion is to thank them for their inquiry and advise that you have to POLITELY decline being hired as you do not have the capacity for new customers at this time. Then refrain from talking to their person like they are uneducated and lacking common sense and perhaps give a referral or start a waiting list.

I have been going to Pack of Paws for about 2 months and have taken Puppy Kindergarten, attended Puppy play sessions, and am starting Blue Ribbon Obedience this week.
