I can't say enough about how great of a physical therapist she is. Both my husband and I had gone to her for over 3 years seeing her for both running and Crossfit injuries. She was able to diagnose and treat accordingly. She was a one woman shop so she really spent that full hour with you working through the injuries. Each session ended with exercises that I needed to do at home. Being in the Crossfit community I am around a lot of injuries. I would always recommend Krista because she just had that touch to make people better. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. Any time I see Krista I feel significantly better after!! It was helpful to start seeing her as a preventative measure as she helped to make sure my muscles were well-balanced and loose (loose enough for a runner anyway!). I could not say enough about his expertise with this injury. When I saw my surgeon for my 8 week post op, he told me that I was one month ahead of schedule. I was hit by a car, and they placed me on self pay, I then hired a lawyer and found out that were required to take insurance, yet..... here we are are, they are still insisting on cash. If you want people who believe in the hypocrite oath, these are your people, if you want real therapy, I suggest Youtube videos, chiropractors, and a trainer at the gym. Coastal Physical staff, from the receptionist to the therapists, is welcoming and accommodating. Ryan's knowledge of my condition and his thorough intake questions give me confidence. Massage and exercises are well geared to alleviating my discomfort and pain. A therapist works with a client during the whole appointment. The staff from the receptionist to the actual physical therapists are super nice and super professional. They are super easy to deal with as far as scheduling and even when you miss an appointment, they.aren't angry because you bailed they are angry because they want to help you get better. They are located on route 1 north near fuddruckers and there is plenty of parking. Some may see this as a disadvantage but seriously you always have errands to run on route 1 anyways. Don't you?!? My Dr from the spine center recommended them and I am glad he did. I've dealt with kristin, krista and sue and all have been fantastic....
