In my case, insurance covered x number of visits but did not cover visits that exceeded a cap. So 2 months later after having paid a $25 copay for a rehab visit at the time, I was notified I owed $125 additional per multiple visits that had exceeded the insurance cap. Ivy did not track nor inform me at the time that I exceeded the cap nor that it was my responsibility to see how long insurance would cover the rehab visits. I think it is their primary responsibility to make sure clients are aware of what insurance will and won't pay for so you don't get a massive bill. I would find a more transparent provider that better helps manage your billing.

She comes off as very knowledgeable in her field and is very warm and kind as well. Although my pain is in my pelvis, she did a thorough examination of my entire body's structure. Even with 30 minute sessions, she has been able to get a lot of work done on me. My muscles have definitely relaxed plenty since first seeing her, and I have pain far less frequently. She also immediately provided me with a home program that was adapted as time went on to fit my progress or regressions. She also knew when to refer me to see a doctor for medication. I would definitely recommend her. I'd also like to mention that I couldn't find any other Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Offices in the area that offer 30 minute sessions, which helps keep costs lower!

PT people were amazing. Yes there were glitches, but on the whole we found the place to be well run, well intentioned and a caring staff.
