It feels like you are hanging out with friends or family while still getting the healing help you need. I love how the therapists all work together to help each other. Eunice was my therapist and she was great. Always attentive. The other therapists were also very professional and helpful as well. I loved Val the assistant, she is really a valuable asset. Sierra the receptionist was always so pleasant and cheerful as she welcomed you.

I trust her and she delivers with great knowledge and experience. She has over 10 years of hands on clients. When she gives massages I just don't want her to stop. She knows exactly how to make you feel fantastic when you're with her as well as when you leave. I can't wait to go again. I'm getting treated 2 times a week although I wanted 3 but she advice 2 is sufficient. Thanks Metro physical therapy for all that you do.. I can't omit the aids. They are very friendly and cordial with a willingness to help you recover! Ashley is the person I work with most of the time. I go for therapy but Ashley turns it into comedy hour. It's all a part of making you feel welcome and at home.

They are not at all agile in neither customer service nor accommodating needs of the disabled. I do not drive due to my injuries. My Uber was late and I tried to call at 4pm regarding a 4:20 appointment, but it took 10 or more minutes to reach a human. I had to coonect to the billing depot before I was able to speak to a person who xoonected me to bellmore. By the time I got a person I was nearly there when I was told I would not be seen today. I arrived, first time there, and their street facing door is actually their back door, with a sign that said please knock loudly. I knocked, soneone came, open the door and asked what I wanted. I said to come in. He said you have to go to the front which is actually the back. Here I am barely able to walk and this idiot wants me to walk around the building rather than accommodate me and let me in. The director was not available. I believe this business is too busy to care about being customer friendly and accommodating, and too big to be agile and adjustable. I was asked I'd I wanted to reschedule and I replied absolutely Not. I will not do business with such an establishment which is probably an indication of the level of treatment I would receive.

Went to Long Island Hand therapy for OT and Elite for PT, the therapists are great, but…read moreunfortunately when it comes to billing and submitting claims properly, they do not know what they are doing. Multiple dates of service were denied because they did not enter the correct CPT codes and when my Health Insurance requested updated information, they simply ignored multiple letters that were sent to them. Mistakes happen, but what I can't understand is the attitude I received from Jennifer the owner regarding mistakes that were made on their part. Left messages for her to call me back, which were never returned and when I finally reached her and questioned why she did not return my call she blamed the friendly front desk. I repeatedly questioned the mistakes and asked her to resubmit the claims, she became frustrated and told me this was something she did not understand, which is a sad excuse for the owner of a business to actually admit. Not only did she not understand she took no steps to understand and did not help me with the situation. I am writing a yelp review in hopes that this wakes them up and they learn how to submit claims and bill correctly. Oh and 6 months later and they still have not submitted the claims correctly. Beware.
