I reached out to different printing companies and My Sign Design offered the most competitive pricing as well as lightening fast turnaround time. They do operate out of two locations, so I ended up having to pick up my order from their Chatsworth location instead of North Hollywood. I didn't mind though since they did offer me a way better price for my print than anyone else nearby, so I felt it was worth the trade off. On top of it being a quality vinyl print, they also made a second one for me at no extra charge as a backup, which was super appreciated! I've installed cut wall vinyl once before and I did in fact need a second one after messing up installation on the first. So I was amazed that they thought of that before I could even ask. Plus they gave me tips on installation and demonstrated how best to position and peel the vinyl. Just overall top notch service! They'll definitely be my go to for any future print orders.

Four months later I have no sign, and they are still holding onto all of my money and refusing to refund me the money I am owed. Before I placed the order, I asked their rep directly whether the sign would be acceptable to the City. He wrote back that he had prepared the quote "so that it aligns with Westlake village sign restrictions," and that the sign "shouldn't be an issue." I also asked, in writing and before paying anything, what the minimum deposit could be in case the City denied the request -- I said specifically that we did not want to spend 50% and then have the city deny it. Nobody told me that the permit and survey charges would be kept regardless of the outcome. They sent a credit card authorization form and took 50%. In August they told me the sign could not be permitted as designed, that it would require a master sign program modification by the property owner, and that Front Signs was "unable to help with this." I asked for a refund on August 7. On August 10 their rep agreed, with no conditions, and asked where to mail the check and who to make it out to. The check never arrived. When I followed up in September, I was told the refund had been reduced by $1,050 -- $700 for a permit that was never issued, and $350 for a site visit where their representative was at my property for only a few minutes. The deduction was decided internally in August. I was never told about it. The rep who made all of these promises no longer works there. I offered to pay a reasonable amount for the site visit. They refused, and told me they would send the bill to collections. My advice: get every representation about permits in writing, find out exactly what is refundable before you pay anything, and think hard before putting 50% down with this company but better never hire them!!!

Recently a…read moredriver needed to be replaced, they do wear out eventually (especially if they are on 24/7) I asked several businesses to bid out the work to make the fix and Atlas signs had the best price to do the work. I was relieved because I had such a great experience with them the first time I wanted to have them back. As a small business owner, It's responsible to get bids for any work so I always make sure to do that, at least 3. Atlas beat the other bids BY FAR and they are so EZ to schedule and the Tech Team and office folks are so kind.
