Friendly, welcoming, neighborhood family owned print shop. Very efficient and professional. Most recently they helped me out with getting some last minute invitations done for my wedding. For my grandmothers funeral they came to my rescue, they were extremely helpful with all the prayer cards and picture collages that were used for the service. read more

The lack of professionalism has left me floored. This printing company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The girl inside has such a rude face and tone when speaking. She basically makes you feel like you are a bother and not wanted here. We asked to make flyers, 500 b and white was $20 and for the two strips of color we had was $100, what kind of a price difference is that. The flyers were printed on printer paper. It's better for you to print at home. Never coming here again. read more

I would not recommend this place. Contradictory to their name, their service is not professional at all! I would say it is downright non-existent. I was extremely disappointed with my experience here that I've informed my technicians and administrative assistant of my experience and why I felt the way I did. In the end, everyone agreed that the customer service is bad and the prices are excessive. In my case, I called to have tags fabricated. On the initial call I was insistent on coming in to show the personnel what I needed and to verify that the print would be correct. However, the man on the phone was adamant that everything would be great because of 2 previous orders and no proof was ever emailed to me--being my first time I did not know proofs were provided, hence my insistence on coming in. Well, insufficient to say, everything was not okie when I picked up my order as it was not what I wanted. The fault was on both sides of the party--mine for not being insistent enough, and theirs for not sending me a proof--instead they pinpointed blame on my not requesting a proof and forced me to pay for a re-print. I ended up paying full price for the bad ones (~$300) that I returned to them and a discounted price ($200) for the good ones, total of ~$500. When I arrived for pick-up, which should've been a quick and simple transaction, my invoice took 10mins to print, indicating lack of organization and making me late for my next meeting. Additionally, where time I dropped in or called the girl (Gabby)on the phone/front desk was never pleasant. Her tone and facial expression was rude, mirthless, and condescending. I was never helped immediately, even when I was the only customer present with 3 employees in the office--I was always informed "Someone" will be right with me and thinking why that "someone" was never the person telling me that. I'm critical of this place because a professional printing company should be just that, professional. Next time, I will go to Kinko's or another printing company in Valencia or the valley. read more

Besides document copying, they can also receive email with attachments (such as PDF files) so that these files can be printed... They can also scan documents in PDF format and email them to whatever email you want... Finally, since covid, they've been my lifesaver because the libraries are closed...
