I made…read morethe dire mistake of trying a new company when the usual one I work with didn't have availability. I could not have regretted this decision more. I spoke with the office and confirmed the appointment twice as well with instructions to enter through the garage if not husband would not be home. They even told me I would be able to pay via Venmo. Suddenly I get a text in the middle of my work day that the technician named Shane would leave in 10 min if I did not provide a response. I texted 9 minutes later and asked why he was leaving? The technician confirmed he already left after 7 minutes. He didn't even wait the full 10 minutes for my response. When I asked why he didn't enter through the garage he claimed I never said that, despite me explaining that I provided that info to the office that did the scheduling. The technician did not provide any alternative despite me explaining that I have an event tomorrow that I needed the carpets specifically cleaned for. All he did was blame ME. Even if this was simply a miscommunication from the office about the entry instructions, there were so many better ways to address this. For example, calling me like his office did if he didn't know how to enter. Staying the full 10 minutes he promised vs threatened to leave after 10 min, but really leaving after 7. As a realtor who has dealt with good and bad contractors this my friends is a bad one. Who you invite in your home matters and based on my experience thus far, these are not people I would trust to enter my home.

When they showed up, 3 1/2 hours late, the technician changed the price from 59.99 to 90 dollars. When I refused to pay this updated price, he used unprofessional language. I called the company back and the "office manager" was not empathetic nor apologetic. Shortly afterwards, a "field manager" called saying that his guy was still nearby and wanted to do the job. He again changed the price, saying he was lowering it to 79.99. I refrained from his offer. He said, "Okay, you want me to do it for 59.99, I can not guarantee you your couch will be clean." I said no thank you. He got loud over the phone and said, "So you want your couch clean, but don't want to pay the price. It's only 10 dollars more." He and his crew came when they said they would, were very friendly, professional, respectful, and extremely thorough with their work. They were able to get almost all of the stains out of the furniture, and the ones he couldn't remove, Scotty explained all of the things they tried and truly felt bad about not being able to get them out. After cleaning five couches, a large dining room rug, and a carpeted stairwell, they didn't just leave, they left tarps and blowers behind to actually dry the things that they cleaned.
