I genuinely thought this was going to be an amazing experience and this could be a company we'd continue through. Now, normally, we have cameras on in the common areas, like the kitchen and living room, only at night but after this, I really wish I had turned them on. I recently had spine surgery, so cleaning our three-story home has been tough. We're also getting ready to sell, so I wanted a deep clean to get things in order. My husband and I were told three cleaners would come for about two to three hours at $64 per cleaner, based on my "6 out of 10" cleanliness rating, and that they'd arrive at 1:30ish. I got home around 1:30, and two of the three had just pulled up too. The third arrived around 2:30. Honestly, I didn't mind because they were all so pleasant, and I had completely forgotten they were even coming that day so if one was late then no big deal. I told them to just ask me to move if they needed to clean the living room, and they said they'd save that area for last. While I was sitting in the living room, I heard a loud crash come from the bathroom. I assumed it was just cleaning supplies, and figured if something was wrong, someone would tell me. A few minutes later, I heard another crash, but they didn't say anything, so I stayed out of the way. Later, they mentioned they'd be starting on the main floor soon, which includes that bathroom, so I went upstairs to move out the way. Around 3:30, I checked in to see how things were going. One of them had been in that main floor bathroom for a long time, and I was worried about how much time was adding up since we were paying by the hour. They told me they were almost done and that one of the women wouldn't be a charge because she was still in training. The lady even asked her to confirm it right in front of me, so that made me feel better about it taking longer. By about 4:15, I checked again. The front room still hadn't been touched, and two of them were still by the bathroom/kitchen. The one who had been in there most of the time, and arrived the latest, said she had to leave early but the other two said they'd finish up. I still wasn't upset because everything I had seen upstairs looked amazing. When the last woman there offered to do a walkthrough before leaving, I declined. My back was in unbearable pain, and since the rest looked great, I figured the main floor would too. I genuinely trusted them. Unfortunately, that was a big mistake and this will change how I handle things in the future. The next day, I found out the lead cleaner had broken my shower doors, and the main floor was still filthy. I reached out to the company right away, and the owner's response honestly shocked me. I was told to send pictures, which I did promptly. I've included the screenshots and photos of the damage/filth to show I'm not over reacting/making any of it up.

They never contacted my mother, though I provided that information, and spent more time than was needed (my mother is very clean) and charged well beyond the quote. They charged my card, without permission. When asked to explain the extra charges, they simply re-quoted their initial hourly rate (even that didn't add up). The cleaning was okay (according to my mother) but the company lacks pricing transparency. It's obvious they instruct their maids to follow a formula for hours of cleaning (whether needed or not). Also, their mode of communication is frustrating. They obviously do not listen to the needs of their clients and are not hesitant to price gouge. I would not recommend this company.

Zach was very courteous and professional over the phone and got my appointment set up quickly. They arrived on time and completed the job in less than 30 minutes for a 1000+ square foot place. The carpet looks brand new again and smells fresh. They even gave me a complimentary spot remover cleanser bottle. How cool and generous!
