Of course they are very friendly and salesy throughout the process, because they have to be, however when you (as their client) run into an issue, they are no where to be found, kind of like a bait & switch if I were to phrase it. Yes, this actually happened. The PSG-OC group are a bunch of money grabbers. They will break contract, make excuses and then spin it around on you, as their "client".... who is somehow at fault? -ultimately taking our money and then ghosting us??? 100% lack of accountability!! This is not who you want when you are vetting for a partner to build your team. Finding out further, their team comprises of family members & friends, who has no experience in industries they are recruiter for!
