Bait & Switch Coupon Scam I placed an order using coupons. They sent a confirmation email showing they accepted my coupons & showing the charge to my credit card. I received the products with a receipt showing they charged my credit card a higher price. I contacted them to correct the mistake and, first, was told, we don't accept more than 1 coupon at a time. In another email, they changed the reason to, I had already used 1 of the coupons in the past. Which is it? If they had a glitch in their system, they should've contacted me with the issue before shipping my items. That's what an honest co. would do. But to send an email with one price and then charge my credit card a higher price behind my back? Sounds like bait & switch to me. The only recourse is to let others know about this co. To echo another review, this company is very UNprofessional. If we can't trust an email order confirmation at face value, how are we, the customers, supposed to protect ourselves from other companies doing this to us in the future? read more

Customer service is terrible! Very UNprofessional. I ordered different supplements online from this store for several years. When I had an adverse reaction to a supplement I bought to replace a similar one that was out of stock, I called the number on the back of the bottle. I was connected to the supplement's manufacturer. They were ready to give me a refund until I told them I purchased it from this store. Because this store is a 3rd party seller, they have their own policies and I needed to call them directly. When I did, the woman I spoke with was very unkind. She refused to give me a refund because my reaction to the supplement hadn't sent me to the hospital! It only made me very dizzy and sick to my stomach. I stumbled on Professional Supplement Center when I was looking for a supplement that my usual online health store doesn't carry.  The price was reasonable and the free shipping was a plus. : ) I thought their website was easy to navigate.  I like that their phone number is very visible and that they welcome phone calls.  I called with a question and I talked to Stephanie (if my memory is correct!). She was very nice and I ended up placing my order with her.  Under normal circumstances, I would have to deduct 1 star--9 days to receive an order is just a bit too long - - even if the shipping is free.  Taking Covid-19 into consideration, I'll give them the benefit of that 5th Star for now. Professional Supplement Center has an interesting assortment of supplements and I am sure that I will be ordering again.  Hopefully, the shipping will be a bit quicker by then! read more

I am suprised by some of these reviews. I have ordered online many times when I did not live near the store and delivery was prompt. I am so happy that there is a store now so close to me. I love to go in there as I am a believer in the use of supplements and vitamins to enhance one's health. It is unfortunate that I have to write a negative review. I was so excited when they carried my favorite product. I just opened up some of the stuff I ordered in the beginning of February and it already expired! It is powder and as you know that you shouldn't expire that quickly. I purchased a product from Professional Supplement Center (PSC). Before purchasing the product, I checked the ingredients to see if their were any questionable ingredients in it. There wasn't. When I received the item, I found new ingredients on the bottle that wasn't listed on their website. So I called PSC. I had to wait and complain on the phone for one hour before I finally got to talk with a supervisor who took care of the problem. I will never again purchase supplements from this company since they fake advertise, and then try to take advantage of the customer by trying to make the customer pay for return shipping. Professional is the first word in their name, and that is what I always get.
