Excellent experience. Incredibly knowledgeable, communicative and helpful. He also had a large inventory of violins to choose from.

But I was not getting anywhere even after calling saying I returned it to the Littleton, CO store. I finally got a refund 3 months later after I did a chargeback on my account. However they said they refunded me twice and charged me again without indicating they were doing this. Very poor customer service and the system they have for returns is terrible. I will not be going here ever again

She switched to flute promptly into her sixth grade year and played until she graduated eighth grade. She then switched to the cello. No issues with switching. She's been playing cello for the last year and decided she wanted to switch to keyboard. We own a keyboard. So, I went in to discuss what our options were for returning our rental and purchasing a violin for our other daughter. The gentlemen at the counter explained how much we had in rental equity, closed my account, and said I had 30 days to decide on an instrument before my equity would be no longer valid. I went in today, a few days before my equity would expire and he told me that I can only use 50% of my equity on another instrument. I asked if I switched the account to a violin could I then purchase it? He told me my account is closed already and there's nothing he can do. So, we rented for four years and just trashed over $1k in rental equity because they will not sell me a student violin using the exactly amount of equity I've built. I spoke to the same person both visits. I am very unhappy with this outcome and will not be recommending Music & Arts to any new student musicians. The whole point of this is to let children play music and figure out what they like or don't like. When a child finds the instrument they like, I would hope the music store we've been loyally renting from would be thrilled to make a purchase happen for said child so they can continue their musical journey. Really, really disappointing.

Ken had amazing knowledge of all the pianos in stock; not just the ones in the store, but the ones in the warehouse too. He took the time to take me over to the warehouse just a couple of minutes away to show me a couple that matched what I was looking for. The purchasing process was extremely easy. I filled out some paperwork and had the piano delivered just three days later. Delivery was quick and easy and Pianos N' Pianos handled the whole process for me. Ken even called me the next day to make sure everything had gone well! In addition to great service, they also provide great support. They have a great warranty, and the first tuning comes free too! Awesome service overall! I definitely recommend buying a piano from them.

To preface, I think if I had reviewed School of Rock when I was still attending the school, my…read morerating would have been higher, but looking back on my experiences there I've found that it fostered a toxic environment. If you're looking to learn an instrument, it's great, but the social aspect is not well managed. Students who did not put school of rock first (over regular school, other activities, and jobs) were not respected by instructors, even though this should have been a fun extra curricular. I found in my personal experiences, staff being rude over missed rehearsals due to illness (pre-covid), lack of respect for seasons off, and an overall disappointing attitude when it came to high schoolers not putting music first (even when it was just an after school activity). The staff frequently became closer with students (showing, at times, blatant favoritism), and instead of instructing them and being the adults to look up to, became involved in petty drama of teenagers - even taking sides if their "star student" was showing less than admirable behavior towards other students. It could have been a fantastic after school experience- and it certainly had its positives, but as long as the school continues to operate the way it does, I would be remiss to recommend the Littleton school. I did have fun at the shows and learned instruments - but I can't say it was worth the experience I had with the instructors at this particular location.
