The installation involved a garage door unit model number 2053P. When the installer Will Ashmore completed the job I noticed that light from outside was still visible at the top and both sides up the door I requested an adjustment but Mr. Ashmore stated that this was the best he could do and left. I contacted the company for further assistant and requested another technician period I also reached out to home depot, but unfortunately they were unwilling to assist despite being the contracting party. Subsequently, two additional technicians, Gavin Powers and Derek Bryan inspected the door and confirmed that the original installer did not correctly installed the seals.Despite these visits, my garage door remains improperly Installed and unrepaired, the experience has been frustrating and has raised concerns about the quality of service and accountability between dakota door sales and home depot. I am requesting that immediate correction of the installation to ensure the door is properly installed.

Took my wife back and verified everything with Ron and he made suggestions on what we would need without needing the top-of-the-line items. And ordered the doors. Since this was a special order, it took 2 weeks to get the doors in which was quicker than they thought. The install for 2 doors took most of a day with one come back to install the keyless entry remote. Ron and Dakota communicated with us during the entire process. The price was much cheaper than we thought and will go with Dakota doors on our next building.

After that large of an investment, I called the company to help with the issue and they had already closed their business. I tried to see help from another franchisee in the town next-door and they refused to come because it was 10 miles too far for them to come to my house, and would not fix an issue done by another franchisee. I tried to call the parent company, premium service brands, based in Charlottesville, Virginia, and they wouldn't even return my call or provide an email address for me to send them these details.
