I decided to call on Friday afternoon to get on the schedule for Monday. To my surprise, the technician I spoke to said he could come in about 30 minutes. The technician took a look and instantly identified the problem. He looked at my other door and saw the same problem. The…read moreproblem turned out to be a wiring issue that I was eventually able to fix but in the meantime the workers were operating the door manually for a couple of weeks. This was quite a beating for the door and shortly after I got the opener working the door would not stay shut. I called a couple of the local companies and they couldn't come for days or even weeks. When I called Mr. Blair he promised to be there in a couple of hours. He arrived promptly at the promised time and quickly confirmed that the problem was the damaged threshold causing the force sensor to think an object was under the door. He replaced the threshold, adjusted and tightened the sensors, realigned both doors and lubed everything. All at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend his services if you're having problems or need new doors or openers.

Two weeks later I learned the wrong size doors were ordered. After another 3-week delay, the doors finally arrived and installation was scheduled. Aaron didn't do the install himself, he sent a younger guy out, on his own, to complete the work. I ended up having to assist here and there as the installer wasn't able to man-handle the old single-piece doors on his own. To make matters worse, the install itself was initially done incorrectly leaving gaps and screw holes where there shouldn't be any. Upon notifying Aaron of the issue, he came by to inspect the work and agreed it was not done correctly and promised to fix it within 2-day. It's nearly a week later now and not a word...When/If he does call back, I will decline his services as I have corrected the installers mistakes on my own. Buyer beware!
