My mom called Circle N Appliances spoke to the owner David and he said he could get her a black GE in the correct size. A couple of weeks later a fridge was delivered and now my mom who is older no loner has to try and get down on her knees and get things out of the bottom drawers. She is so happy. The sales person never asked about the gas connection in the house. Come delivery day the installers said they couldn't install it due to there not being a cut off valve, Called around got a plumber to come take care of it and installed the stove while he was at it. I called the store, spoke with the manager and he was passively apologetic. He sounded more like talking to a a customer was more of an annoyance than really caring about taking care of the customer. The Plumber asked about the anti tip bracket and I told him there wasn't one. Called back and the manager answered again and instead of recognizing the need for the safety device, he was dismissive, and codesigning. The manager brought the anti tip bracket and was rude about it. I buy local when I can but will never buy from them again. read more

We have had great service from Circle N with previous appliance needs. That was until our dishwasher went out. Our kitchen is not large so space is something we consider. I purchased a dishwasher with front panel controls. We liked the features and look. Even though Best Buy had it for less money, we went with Circle N. After all, they did a great job on our last purchase, a built in double oven. Well, the installer came and pulled the old one out. He said he had to run new tubing and power cord through the cabinets. I had installed two dishwashers in the past but, I'm not able to get down and do it now. I never had to replace anything on the previous dishwashers. I just disconnected the old one and reconnected the new one. It was simple back then. According to the installer, things have changed and new tubing and cord were required. After pulling everything out and replacing the power cord and tubing, he went out to bring in the new dishwasher. Bad news, he said. The dishwasher was damaged. He called Circle N. They did not have another one like we had purchased. He said that if we wanted the exact same model, it would take until mid-September. He said that the store said that they were upgrading the dishwasher. Great! He went to go get it. Well, to our disappointment it was not an upgrade but rather the same model but with a handle and top controls instead of the no handle with front controls. Well, sure enough. Once he installed it, the drawer on the cabinet wouldn't open unless the door of the dishwasher was lower some. An inconvenience, yes. I should have said no and gone down to cancel the order and then go to Best Buy. So much for getting great support from a locally owned company. We will be going someplace else for our future appliance needs. We'll be replacing our refrigerator soon. It's 41 years old and in need of replacement some time in the next year. Just very disappointed in what used to be a good service. read more

We recently purchased a refrigerator for our business. I did not specify which way the door should open and when they brought the refrigerator it was discovered that the door needed to open the other direction. A service man was sent out the next day and when he was unable to change the door's opening direction another refrigerator was delivered the same day. This is customer service at it's best! The lady answering the phone is rude and unhelpful. The lady did not believe my address was within their service radius even after I explained it was in Washburn, which is in their service radius. I told her if she typed it into the computer it would come up in Claude, and to my complete unsurprise, it did! She refused to take the call. If you like rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful people - this is the place for you! I would not use this place for service...sales perhaps, but never service. We bought our slide in oven and microwave from Circle N Appliance, all of the staff were very helpful and courteous! I would give their customer service and sales 5 stars for sure. Definitely lacks the customer service experience that you might get at other places. My husband called looking for a part for our dryer yesterday and the man who answered the phone says to him condescendingly, "What makes you think that's what's wrong with it?" My husband, being the calm person he is, replied with why he knew what was needed. The guy told him that the part would be in stock today. So my husband goes to pick it up and the guy didn't even look at him, and instead looked at a lady and grunted or whatever until she came over to help my husband. He told her what he needed and the lady went off to find the part - then couldn't find it - and then asked the man where it was. He grumbled off something about where to find it, never looking up and never offering to help and he knew exactly where it was. He didn't seem to care about his paying customer standing right in front of him, or his customer's time. Unfortunately, this place had what we needed, but they won't get our business in the future if we can absolutely help it. Screw that! I'll wait another month for my dryer to get fixed before giving them money. They definitely need less than 1 star. read more
