A solicitor for Proforce pest control came to our door and was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Asked that he leave my property because I was busy and I already had a pest control service but he refused and I had to call the Sheriff's Office to have Him removed. I've made several attempts to make a complaint to the company but here I am 5 days later and still no one has made contact with me to hear what the issue was. read more

It's after 8:00 at night and this guy shows up at my door and rings my doorbell - after walking past my NO Soliciting, NO Estimates sign complete with the appropriate FL statute noting that violators were trespassers. I answered the door as I normally do at night when I'm not expecting anyone, prepared to defend my home and family. He started to tell me what he was here for so I walked him back to my sign and asked him if he noticed that; he had, and just chose to walk right past it. I told him I wasn't interested. He started to tell me what they do. I said no thank you. He proceeded to tell me why their pest control is so much better than others. I said no, we're not interested. He started to tell me about some treatment they were doing. I said no. No we are not interested. He finally got the message. Whether you think my sign means anything or not, if I have a sign that says no, it means no - don't knock on my door. read more

WHY IS THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY PUTTING THEIR EMPLOYEES AT RISK BY ALLOWING OR ENCOURAGING THEM TO DISREGARD POSTED NO TRESPASSING SIGNAGE?! UPDATE YOUR POLICY -- "RESPECT POSTED NO TRESPASSING SIGNAGE, IT IS THE LAW" ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSES!!! I have very clearly visible signs all over my walkway to my home 'POSTED NO TRESPASSING' 'DO NOT KNOCK' 'NO SOLICITATION NO EXCUSES' and STILL your salesperson knocks on my door? They even TOLD me they saw the signs. I cannot believe someone would be so stupid! If someone is on my property which is clearly stated clearly 'NO TRESPASSING', I assume it's for unlawful activity; it's absolutely insane to ignore signs like that. I've watched people walk half-way up my driveway, read the MULTIPLE signs, and then turn around, BUT NOT THIS GUY!! My cameras alerted me he was on the property and I thought "surely he can read". Nope. Your salesperson is on 2 different video recording angles saying they acknowledged the signs and then proceeded to disregarded them... so apparently you need to have a meeting with all your employees and tell them no one wants some kid riding a scooter up their driveway trying to ask them about bugs, WHEN IT IS SO VERY CLEARLY POSTED NOT TO DO EXACTLY THAT! The worst part is they tried to justify interrupting my day by telling me "I'll be at Keiths house working" like I honestly care? Who is even Keith? Is that my neighbor? I don't know. Look...I'm in construction. I don't go to my clients neighbors houses and tell them "I'll be working at Sally's tomorrow, do you need a new retaining wall built?" I deserve and expect my peace and privacy. Honestly I just want to play Call of Duty after a full days work without being harassed. Demand your employees learn and respect no trespassing laws!! There are cameras around my entire property with live motion notifications 25/8, if I see representatives from this company again I will be contacting authorities on the spot to escalate. read more

Don't know how they stay in business. Sales people lie to get you to sign on an iPad. We came to an agreement of $65 per quarter but I'm being charged that amount per month. Find another company. So incredibly pushy. They came to my door around 6 o'clock in the evening no matter how many times I said we weren't interested he would not stop. And kept asking what time was good for him to pull up their truck and get work after I continuously said I wasn't ready. They offered to do the yard for $149 if I told them yes right away and to call them at a later date it more than doubled to $400. This seems like a scam. Very unprofessional. read more
