First, he put the bleach on his long, very curly hair, which caused it to be patchy at best. He then gave very specific instructions for his haircut of "2 on the side and 5 on top." He left the salon with an uneven haircut, and patchy/uneven blonde going all around his head. I really can't believe they allowed him to leave like that. In addition, he paid $205, for a second bleaching service that he didn't get to get to his desired blonde, because he didn't have the materials and his color specialist wasn't in. When these issues were brought up, they offered to fix it, but at this point he, nor did I, trust them to fix anything. He ended up offering a refund for ... the service he was charged for and didn't receive. Since then, he has gotten no response. I'm posting this because it was something he was excited to do and a luxury for a man to go get their hair dyed in a salon, but he ended up spending more than he'd wished with a haircut and dye job that he had to get fixed elsewhere, which obviously cost more money.
