The owner is extremely scattered and non-responsive. She never returned my calls or emails. She…read morenever showed up on my wedding day as promised -- she sent her family members who had no idea where everything was supposed to go, and inappropriately asked the venue staff to take care of the floral placements for them. They left the ceremony flowers sitting out in the hot air for hours and hours, despite Lorie telling me she would make a second trip with them closer to the start of the ceremony so this exact scenario didn't happen. Her husband came up with some lie about it being a liability for them to put their arrangement up on the arch (because he didn't want to make a trip back and it couldn't sit out in the direct sun for five hours). Our venue coordinator confirmed that is absolutely untrue. Despite having clear instructions with a photo to show placement in our contract, the large arch arrangement ended up in the wrong spot, which I didn't see until I was walking down the aisle. On top of everything, the flowers were pretty but not actually want I wanted and not what we had talked about. The centerpieces were completely off. They forgot the flower girl petals. They never brought the extra vases for the bouquets to go in upstairs. I was hugely disappointed (especially after making repeated attempts to get in touch with Lorie leading up to our date), and it was the only thing that went wrong on an otherwise perfect day. I tried not to let it bother me, but let's be real, it did. Flowers were my top priority for the day and we had a comfortable budget. I wish I would have gone with someone else and urge you to do so for your wedding. Lorie causes major stress no bride needs before or on the big day.

I am the only family member living in Colorado, so much of the communications and arrangement details fell to me. I have to say finding Christa was our great fortune! She is an absolute pleasure with which to work. She was also quick to reply to calls, texts or emails. She asked all the right questions at our first consultation, took copious notes of what my niece was looking to do and presented some suggestions and ideas given what we had discussed. She then came back with a detailed, and illustrated proposal to which she was spot on!! We were so very pleased with her approach and to say the very least, her help on the day of the wedding. My friend send me a picture of the arrangement and it looked more like a 30 dollar arrangement with no style . it looks like it was made by a person with no florist experience . No greenery or very little and it looked pitiful . I will NEVER order from this flower shop again !! With the 9,95 for delivery and tax on top of that it ended up to be 64. ??
