Upon placing my order there was a little confusion and the delivery wasn't made until after hours of the medical facility but Violet called me the following day and went beyond my expectations to resolve the situation. She made a second fruit bouquet for FREE and added extra items to the order to make my granddaughter's birthday SPECTACULAR!! This arrangement was supposed to be my dessert table centerpiece at my holiday party and it was a "No show". I spent a lot of time picking and customizing this arrangement on their website. Received a fruit floral arrangement due to recent illness. The arrangement was very pretty and enticing. A lot of different fruits made it look really nice. But then, the bad. The fruit was nearly inedible. We ate what was ripe We probably threw away at least half of the arrangement. You would hope that whoever made the arrangement would have tasted some of the ingredients to make sure they were edible. Just absolutely horrible . read more

I ordered an arrangement for Easter to be delivered on 4/16. Got security video of the arrangement being dropped at the front door. Spilled half of it on the ground and left it. Got an email saying the delivery was successful. The delivery person just left the mess and said nothing. I called the shop on Monday and spoke to Kelsy. She said she is the manager and offered to deliver another arrangement but I just wanted my $70 refunded which they did. I am just upset that the delivery person just left the mess and nobody reached out about it. He could have cleaned it up and took it back and then contacted me about it but thought it was ok to leave a mess and then report that the delivery was successful. Horrible. I placed an order over a week ago. I explained how important it was. Was told it would be a morning delivery to the recipients office. It's now 2:45pm. I was told after several phone calls that it's out to be delivered and will be there as quickly as possible. I am appalled by this company. I will never use them again and I will make sure everyone knows how they work. Do not make promises you cannot deliver on. This was a very special occasion and the recipient may not even be at work by the time it arrives. All of which I explained when I spent the 85$ on the "edible arrangement" I could've spent 30$ on flowers or a plant and at least it would've arrived. I will be calling to speak with the owner or manager once I've found out that my order was actually received. NEVER AGAIN I suggest the same to anyone else considering using a business that lies. read more

Oh my. This place is a disaster. They confirmed by phone before I drove down to their storefront that arrangements were available for pickup on the spot. They assured me in person they are not available and take nearly an hour to complete. Employees spent 5-10 minutes in the back room talking and not noticing there was a customer out front after I arrived (it was me). Not a deal breaker, but annoying. Cashier knows everything, seriously, she works hard at her craft to condescend. And ultimately, when I accepted the fact that they had no arrangements ready for pickup and asked for one to be made, I then learned that "no,it will not be made and ready to go today, they are closing in about an hour." I sure wish I could just stop working an hour before closing time at the store I work at. Anyway, that's just my experience so venture on over if you're up for the challenge. read more

The service at this location is an embarrassment and the manager there does not care about her clients. My husband ordered us a Valentine's Day bouquet and we never received it. When I called the next day to find out what happened, I was told that our delivery was prepared and when the driver was on her way to us (last stop), she just didn't feel up to it. No apology, no call, nothing. The manager did not even have the audacity to call me; she had one of her workers do her dirty work. Additionally, the worker was like "well we had like 300 orders to do, so we were really busy." So, they accomplished 299 orders. Very rude and disrespectful. Do not use them. read more

I had an amazing experience with the service and product received from the Edible Arrangements location in Boulder. I placed a pick up order on the Friday after Valentine's Day. Despite coming off a stressful week full of many orders and my order being the last of the bunch, the shop owner was very warm and friendly throughout the whole process. The strawberries looked amazing and I was even given about 5 more strawberries than I ordered. The shop owner offered me free samples when I arrived to pickup the order and she stayed open a little later than planned because I was late to pickup the order.
