Truthfully my initial review was going to be a 1 star! These guys were over 2 hours late with no call to update me. When they finally showed up, I'm sure they could tell that I was not happy! The guy (AJ) apologized profusely and explained the reason for their delay. He then said that he would make it up to me. I explained to them that their delay could in no way delay me for my appointment, so whatever they they needed to do would have to be done quickly! I have light carpet. Although I do my best to remove my shoes, high traffic areas are extremely visible with light carpet. Not to mention, my carpet hadn't been professionally cleaned for over a year!!! Don't judge me! Well these guys cleaned, cleaned some more, and deodorized my rooms. It was one of the best cleanings, I've had! I called them directly and spoke with Anna and she was very informative and the price was almost half of what everyone quoted. After setting up the appointment, I must say Oscar (the technician) was very professional upon arrival/during the cleaning and did an exceptional job! Just had Arturo (A.J.) come to my home and stretch 20 year old carpet in one of my bedrooms we had recently repainted, and he was amazing! He also tightened a few places in the floor under the carpet where it was squeaking! Very fast and professional young man and obviously very skilled at his trade! I would highly recommend him to anyone else and we are going to have him come back and do some more work for us, where we thought we would have to move furniture several rooms, and cut and repair at least 2 or more seams, he says he can do it without moving the furniture AND by only doing ONE seam. And all that on a Sunday at VERY reasonable prices!! If you need any carpet work give this young man a call!! (He said he'd been doing it since he was 13!!). read more
