I don't normally do this, but I am really disappointed b/c of the inconvenience and unwillingness to discuss the situation -- that is the driving force and main reason I am leaving this unfortunate review. Rachel... seems sweet and very nice over text. She was always kind in her messages. In fact, she and her company came as a referral from two family members; one if which currently uses her still. Everything was going well but she sends me a quote late that day (my anniversary) and my wife and I were already out golfing and then later at dinner; so I respond to her text the next day after she knew that I needed the next available appointment which was over a week out and tells me my time was booked now. I SIMPLY say I was disappointed to lose my spot without being offered to secure my appointment before she gave my spot to someone else. She literally quoted me and didn't say this is only good for X amount of time. I believe I had the first right of refusal. So after mentioning I was disappointed and would take her next appt - which was another week out, she then says we may not be the best fit for them. What a waste of time all because her ego was too proud to say "my bad" let's move on. At least she is correct, we are not a good fit, b/c I don't like unprofessional people who don't take responsibility, can't communicate effectively, and intelligently without becoming difficult or "cut-off" -- but hey maybe that's asking too much in 2025. TBH, if this is how she treats people during the quoting process, then I can't imagine how things would go should there be a real problem with her service or employees. I have the full texts to show our full conversation to support that I was never rude or ever used abusive language. I simply vocalized my disappointment b/c she knew I needed the next available day as a help to my wife and elderly mother in law. I guess I owe her for saving me a headache and money. Found another cleaner that uses green products, and is better priced for recurring services too. I wish her & her business well, my review is not a reflection of her service, just my disappointment in her as the face and owner of her company and my own personal experience. UPDATE TO HER RESPONSE: 1. J.S. I'm sorry that you feel this way. The date you wanted was booked BEFORE you agreed to the price. --- this would have been nice if you explained it to me ...i don't work for your company or know your policies and you didn't tell me and when you did explain it I accepted your next day for 11/7 -- that's when you became difficult. 2. You believed you had the first right of refusal; unfortunately, that was your own interpretation and not how it works. Just like any other business, we do not hold dates without a deposit. --- see my previous answer which applies to the same weak excuse as above. 3. With more than 15 years in business and thousands of satisfied clients, we understand that not every client relationship is the right match.
