Despite multiple attempts to get updates, communication has been poor and responses have been limited or nonexistent. Our organization has used this business for years, which makes this situation even more frustrating. After more than six weeks, we still do not have our merchandise back, leaving our high school dance team without the items they need for camp. Delays can happen, but a lack of communication and failure to return customer property is unacceptable. We expected much better service and professionalism. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business

I found this business through Yelp while searching for a custom shirt company for a large multidisciplinary project with other investors. Their excellent reviews, quality work samples, design assistance capabilities, and small minimum orders for samples made them appear to be an ideal fit. After reviewing their website and options, I reached out over a month ago but received no response. Assuming my message didn't go through, I contacted them again via Yelp on August 15th and received an initial response. However, after I replied, I had to follow up a week later due to no response. They responded again, and I provided the additional requested information on August 25th. I followed up on September 3rd, and it has now been two weeks since my last message. While I understand the challenges independent businesses face in the current economic climate and have been extremely patient due to their 5-star reviews, this level of communication has been completely unprofessional. As a former small business owner, I always maintained transparency about whether projects were within my scope, ability, or bandwidth. If I couldn't take on a project, I communicated that clearly rather than leaving clients in limbo. After more than a month of unproductive back-and-forth, I question whether these 5-star reviews accurately reflect the current service experience.

Be prepared for a treasure hunt. Staff are always within range and will assist you with a friendly smile. Amazing how they can remember the location of products and point you in the right direction. Most products are reasonable. The store is large and you can easily become overwhelmed if not familiar with the lay of the land. However, if you cannot locate a member of the staff for guidance, you maybe on your own. It would be helpful for a Store Directory to help you on your treasure hunt for your needed supplies. There is a large parking lot that can get congested. Watch for pedestrians that dart out into the crosswalk with too much confidence that all cars will stop and not look both ways before crossing. That is what contributes to the congestion. Checkout stations are well organized. Watch out for the racks of items designed for you to activate your impulse buying mode. Look ahead!!!

I was so impressed with the service I received from Barbara Heid and Erin Rhodes yesterday that I'm actually writing a Yelp review. I work for SiteOne Landscape, which is a huge, publicly traded company with lots and lots of employees. Prographics provides us with our branded shirts and other items. I bought the greatest woman's work shirt from them a couple of month's ago when they were at our regional meeting in Los Angeles. It was my absolute favorite because it was well made and most importantly, cut to flatter a female instead of the usual boxy mess that makes me look like I'm 15 pounds heavier. My cleaner lost it and yesterday I contacted Prographics about ordering 4 more, (2 black and 2 white). Barbara got back to me lightening fast. She helped me identify which shirt I wanted and then Erin sent me over the authorization form and placed the order for me. They're making my shirt in the next couple of days and will send me my tracking number shortly. Wow, I was really impressed with their speed and the fact that they were just plain nice! I've been going here for over 7 years now! I got my business logo designed here and have had shirts, jackets, hats, sweatshirts, visors etc. all embroidered here. Gary Whyte was my salesman and was wonderful. He helped me design the logo, sent me catalogs with endless amount of materials to choose from, and he helped answer any questions I had in a timely manner. I highly recommend Gary if you decide to go there. I'm looking forward to doing more business with them in the future. read more

I have been using Prographics for nearly 10 years and the level of service is always excellent. They treat you like family and working with them feels very professional, yet extremely friendly. I have used other companies in the past as well and the quality doesn't ever come close to the quality that Prographics provides. read more
