If you are looking for a quiet place to work, chill or have a conversation with a friend-- expect loudness, TVs on and blaring, and a coffee experience that is just mediocre. If you want a high quality cocktail experience, also not it-- a gin and tonic is a challenge here, god be with you if you order a Vesper. Things Progress can do better: Get clear on your vibe (classy and chill, or neighborhood bar for the youth). Develop a high-quality drink menu and train your staff on making that menu and general hospitality (welcome someone, ask them what they can make for them etc.).
