We make the drive from Austin to Embrace the Grind pretty often. That's how much we LOVE this place! The absolute kindest, happiest, BEST people own this truck and the service is top notch every time. Every single time they make you feel special and welcome and offer custom drink selections. Today they recommended a peppermint caramel latte. As strange as this combination sounds it hit. Sooooo good. We appreciate the plethora of sugar free options they have as well. Come pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed. This trailer is located at Willie's Joint in Buda.

Yelp you didn't steer me wrong. Was looking for an espresso nearby in the Buda area outside of the normal shops I normally frequent and it let me here, to this great lil trailer parked in the Willie's Joint premises. Ordered a latte and a double espresso just to see what their coffee was going to be like. At the last minute, I changed my espresso order when I read you could have their double espresso as a CUBANO. Well, hell, why not? Their latte was right on point, with a strong espresso presence just I like them. Their Cubano though was something special; they definitely know how to pull espresso shots and added a splash of milk and little sugar. Truly a great drink, one that I will definitely be having more of-props to the barista. They also had a limited menu for Christmas that sounded super good, especially if you'll be here for the Buda Trail of Lights. They also have a kids menu so your kiddos don't feel left out.

Stopped here on a Sunday morning; the owners were very friendly and efficient! It's inside the patio area of Willie's Joint, so you're mixed in with that music and crowd, which is totally fine, but they allow smoking and have ash trays on tables, so as long as you don't mind the occasional smoke smell, it's a good spot with shady areas! I got a cold brew and the best almond lemon poppy seed muffin I've ever tasted and it was gigantic! It was so nice to sit out and enjoy this delicious treat mid bike ride. I definitely recommend this spot for your coffee cravings.

Looking for a good coffee place in our family vacay. These reviews did not leave us disappointed. The drinks ranging from an espresso milkshake to a latte to a lemonade were all delish! Service was friendly and prompt. Highly recommend!

Meridian is in downtown Buda and is connected to Zoi Wellness. We were able to park in the parking lot across the street. Upon walking in, the space had a rustic loft feel with lots of greenery. The furniture made it feel very cozy. I honestly didn't expect to find a coffee shop like this in Buda. The barista was very nice and gave recommendations. My mom and I both ordered Iced Pecan Pie Lattes which was a seasonal drink that they were featuring. We ordered our drinks to go, but then decided to sit in the cafe and enjoy our beverages. The coffee is legit! We both liked our beverages. I really enjoyed the pecan flavor and the sweetness level was perfect. The barista informed us that they make all of their syrups in house. I noticed that there were plenty of outlets for work or study. There's quite a bit of seating including couches. They have QR codes at each table that you can order from which is so convenient. In addition to coffee (which is served until 5 pm), they also have wellness drinks, wine, beer and cocktails. They have a nice sized stage for live music. I would love to go back in the evening for a cocktail and live music! I'm so happy to have discovered this gem in Buda!

This time it was great, per usual. The coffee itself is boasted to be wood fired as the roasting method, and what I also love is their proprietary creamer called "moon juice". It's creamy and sweet and pairs very nicely with their coffee. This time I actually bought a bottle of the moon juice and will attempt to bring it home with me. For my drink, I ordered a triple moon shaker, which i was told by barista is that it's meant to be more coffee forward vs sweet. It's 3 shots espresso and moon milk, It was perfect. I also had a small breakfast burrito and a pop tart looking pastry. I liked everything. This Buda location is cute, next to an antique shop and some other local shops I didn't check out due to time constraints. Staff was friendly and speedy, it was a busy Saturday morning when I arrived. I didn't wait long and was able to enjoy my coffee on the patio seating out front and go about the rest of my day :)

You can see the bakers hard at work making everything fresh from scratch. I look at the display case of goodies and know I'll be leaving with more than I came on for. I look over the menu and order the croissant breakfast sandwich with sausage and 3 Danishes (cheese, blueberry, and strawberry). When they call my name, I pick up the order and find a seat in the neighboring spot which sell coffee, tea, and other drinks (see separate review for Meridian). The croissant breakfast sandwich comes with a scrambled egg, sliced link sausage and a green salsa that has a nice heat to it. The croissant itself it nicely toasted and just crumbles in your mouth as you take your first bite. The sandwich is hearty and will fill you up.
