Really great customer service. During Covid we'd call in our order and they'd bring it the car. Someone always offers to carry my order out for me. All employees are very knowledgeable about their inventory and offer advice readily. The accompanying drinks, like tonic water are way too high, but I get those elsewhere. Stock and service is always excellent from my standpoint, but it's mid-summer 2026 and the owner or whomever still has not fixed the AC. I feel horrible for the employees every time I walk in. A blast of hot air greets me when I enter and the fans do nothing except blow hot air around. Bad form. Please fix your AC. read more

This place is my favorite liquor store. It's right by Grocery Outlet but the biggest benefit is that it's usually the best prices when I check on OLCC. The staff here are always friendly and I've always found what I want there. They also have Mexican Coke, multiple flavors of Fanta and they also have big cube ice bags!!! Open on Sundays, and that's huge, especially during COVID-19. They seem to have everything here: I read about a variety of cognac in an old British mystery novel, and sure enough, they had it. It cost a mint, but with all the money I'm saving not ordering it out, it's a bargain. This is also my go-to place for Tanqueray, Fever tonic water, and Five Farms. read more

I just moved to the area from Texas about two months ago. This was the first liquor store I've been to since arriving here. I see no reason to go anywhere else! I had in mind what I was looking for, but I didn't' know where to find it. Ben was very helpful in showing me where it was, but when I mentioned I was going to mix it with egg nog, he suggested something else that was designed to go better with egg nog. He took time to explain the brandy/rum combination, and I'm glad I went with his suggestion. More importantly, the simple act of good customer service, and genuine friendliness has turned me into a repeat customer. Additionally, the entire front staff running the registers were extremely friendly. This was an overall great experience, and my wife and me I really enjoyed our nog! I primarily only review restaurants, but had such a wonderful experience here that I felt it warranted some praise, so that this establishment could get the credit it deserves. Liquor store visits are typically very uneventful: you go in, often knowing what you want, you pick it up, you check out, and you leave. The customer service is commonly nothing to write home about, and usually the only time you leave upset is if they do not have what you want. First of all, this place is recently renovated, and the renovation shows in the sheer improvement to the size of the place and the amount of variety of alcohol that they are now able to sell; they have a very excellent selection of mixers as well. But even with superior selection, the real star of this place is their staff. I had an extremely pleasant experience with both Tina and Shane, who went above and beyond in assisting me. and making sure my experience was so pleasant, that I'm now spending time out of my day to write about it. Just as Colleen W. says she does, I will happily drive a couple of miles out of my way to bring my business here. read more

This is just about the closest liquor store to my house. I don't drive past it often due to where I work, but when I make a dedicated trip this is where I tend to go. Good selection, price obviously same, and generally nice people. I tried the new deal vodka. And I love it. Makes an absolutely amazing martini. I will be back when I need more. read more

I visited this store earlier today and I was impressed with the friendly, warm, and helpful man who waited on me. A few other liquor stores I have patronized in the Beaverton area have been disappointing because either the staff were cold or rude but the guy at Progress came across as warm and mature. read more

Prior to the Murrayhill store opening, I would come here. Everybody is super friendly and they recently remodeled and the store looks great! I will drive the extra couple of miles to shop here when I purchase alcohol because they are much friendlier than Murrayhill and they double bag here. Apparently, they are told not to double bag at Murrayhill. read more

small store. nice owner---i used to sell hard liqs and he was kind to a new person, trying to give a pitch. decent selection. you can take your time browsing the shelves and only the pints and minis are behind the counter. lots of fun and some nasty gifts and accessories. They sometimes feature samplings during prime time hours. They sell Lottery! parking easy in a strip mall. i think they close a little early. read more

I end up on the Westside more than I'd like, but I never miss a chance to hit this OLCC provisioner because they have a deep selection for a smaller store and they're super nice. I just landed back here in Oregon from WA, land of Crappy Selections in Supermarkets for $4 more a Fifth, so it's comforting to be back in the warm, loving grasp of liquor control and lower prices. You'll note a pattern: people go out of their way to come here. There's often three stores in the metro area that stock what I want and all of them are somewhere in the Greater Beaverton Co-Prosperity Sphere. So I come here, because if you call ahead and admit you're coming from a distance they'll hold your bottle for a couple of hours, and the staff really cares about making you happy. Can't top the mixer selection, either. read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. The RACIST behind the counter refused to sell me alcohol because of the children in my car. I was driving my neighbor's children (17 & 18 years old) back to their house and stopped to pick up some wine for dinner on the way back. The woman behind the counter demanded identification from everybody in my car (because I pulled up in front, she explained.) I told her that the people in my car don't have identification because they're high schoolers that I'm driving home. I told her they had nothing to do with the wine I was buying, but this power-crazed witch refused to sell me my wine until 21+ IDs were presented to her. As soon as I walked in, she stared me down, watching every move I made, because I guess it's company policy to keep a close eye on all the black people that come in that store. HOW IN THE WORLD CAN A PERSON BE SO DENSE!!!??? I will never go back to this store, and will tell every single person I know in this town to stop shopping there. I will go out of my way as much as possible to make sure that that store gets as little business as possible. read more

This liquor store is on the small side, but the location is great (a block from the mall). They have a good selection of items. I've always found everything I'm looking for. Sometimes they have tastings from local distilleries, too. Who doesn't like to try before they buy? read more
