I've come to Syndicate Wine Bar a couple times now, and I would say that it's my favorite wine bar on the West side (Beaverton area). Located in a pretty busy area, there are other bars and restaurants nearby for you to possibly check out before/after coming by here. Walking into the wine bar, you're met with a large display of wines for you to shop and maybe buy a couple for either yourself or friends/family. After that, there's the seating for the wine bar. The place is very cozy and warm. The menu here offers a selection of amazing wines as well as appetizers and entrees for you to eat, if you wish. I love getting the flight here to try multiple wines. Wow! How have we not been here, before? Everything about this little nugget is fabulous!! He recommended the Cuban Sandwich with homemade veggie soup and a Bale Breaker Pilsner. I recommend the House Olive Tepenade with goat cheese, Arugula salad and the wine flight #s 5,7,8. I'll be checking out the Mushroom and also the Smoked Steelhead bruschetta, next time!! Not only did Angela remind me (via email) that corporate gifting is right around the corner (and I happily placed our order early -for a few cases- before November price increase possibility) BUT she also let us park two cars in their lot on a busy Sunday while we walked our dogs and showed friends some of downtown Beaverton. Forty minutes later, we sat outdoors at Syndicate and loved our wines and food. The Brie and apple bruschetta and smoked steelhead bruschetta ten stars! The spinach salad with warm bacon and chunks of blue cheese more ten stars! The board of meat, cheese, fruit, nuts, crackers with add hummus- so good. I was just wandering around when I saw a patio, and a sign that said wine; the two things I wanted. I was thrilled to have the option to have a flight, and be able to try out all of their house wines - delicious! And as someone with a bunch of food allergies, I'm often worried about the options I'll have available to me, but I was thrilled to find more than just a hummus plat (though I did get that, and it was really good) The little patio is as nice as the service. Came here for the first time for a girls night on a Friday for their Rosé Fest. I would recommend making reservations on Resy through their website bc they do get busy! Walking in, you are in the front wine shop space - it looks like they have a lot of selection. It was a little wait getting checked in but I understand they were pretty busy at 630pm on a Friday night. Everyone was hustling! We were seated in the back at a regular table but they also had a couch table area for bigger groups, and a cute wine barrel turned into table perfect for date nights. We really enjoined our Rosé flights, all our favorite was the Italy one, so refreshing! For food, we got the Ruebanator panini and the Project Board (which is their bigger charcuterie board) The panini was just ok, a little dry, but we really liked the light cracker chips they used on this board! It paired really well with the soft Brie cheese and the thinly sliced meats. They even include some chocolates on this board so it's got all the fixings to go with your wine. I've been to Syndicate many times with a colleague for lunch as well as a few fun events and tastings here. The soup and sandwich combos they offer hit the spot especially on these cold fall/winter days! They have brunch on the weekends and happy hour Tues thru Fri 3pm-5pm I love that David and Angela are so knowledgeable and give you all the deets about the wines they carry and serve. Love the new outdoor tables which will be super awesome in the spring and summer. They also have an exclusive area you can reserve to enjoy your private tasting in "the cellar" which seats up to 8 people. Parking is Downtown Beaverton street parking unless you are lucky to score one of the few spots they have in a tiny private lot. read more

Picture it...Oregon, October 2023... two women in their 40s driving around doing all the fall thing when BAM! Flat tire! An hour later we were serendipitously towed to a tire place within walking distance of Syndicate. Earlier this year, my sister discovered this place when we were grabbing pizza across the street. She ran over, looked in their window & said "I'm gonna check that place out one day". Apparently she's checked it out quite a few times because when we walked in someone yelled "Hi friend!" We sat at bar, she ordered a glass of wine, I ordered a flight and we split the Turkey, Fig Jam & Swiss Panini. It came out fast and with a side of fruit. I have been thinking about that panini for weeks now! If I lived or worked in the area I would have that sandwich once a week! This is such a gem in downtown Beaverton! The setup is great -- they have a tented area with multiple tables for groups of varying sizes and then little "cabanas" for smaller groups. As far as social distancing goes, this place has done a great job of keeping things nicely spaced. We really enjoyed the selection of wine here. The flights are great because you can try wines that might normally be out if your price point for a decent price. I also really like how you can do a mix-and-match for your flight, as opposed to be it set wine list. We also really appreciated the level of customer service we got here. The woman who helped us knew a lot about the wines, and she struck that nice balance between checking on us and letting us do our own thing. So happy to have this place close to home! read more

Tonight was my first visit and I would come here again. I sat at the bar with a friend. Jack and a woman teammate (I didn't get her name) helped us. The woman helped me choose great wines (#1, 7 and 10) for my flight. I recommend the #7. I ended up having a full glass of that one. The board was also good. This is hands down our favorite hangout place in Downtown Beaverton. We are there at least once in 2 weeks, if not more! Their outdoor space is just amazing and they kept updating it to weather conditions. Live music on Fridays and Saturdays is something we definitely look forward to which brings the entire neighborhood alive. They have an excellent selection of wines to meet your tastebuds. We are yet to be disappointed by a wine we've had at Syndicate. The owners are amazing people and everyone who works here is just wonderful. P.S. If there was award for most innovative ways to save your business during the pandemic this wine bar would win the prize. They have created this adorable outdoor dining spaces with greenery and umbrellas. You can only get beverages here, so they encourage you to get takeout on the numerous restaurants in the area. Top Burmese across the street even delivers. The staff was very attentive and kind. It was the perfect way to celebrate a birthday. Took my wife for her birthday last night and had a party of 6 , the ( new girl ) who started out as our waitress introduced herself as our server , but soon after we rarely saw her , I kept having to get up and go in and ask for more bottles to purchase and other items , and so did others in my group , finally the gentleman there finally probably got over me coming in , he became our server and he was great !
