Tyler contacted me and made an appointment very quickly to look at the job and give a bid. He was extremely knowledgeable and nice and professional. Got back to us with an estimate within the hour. The price was very competitive and we booked it. From there Santos and his highly skilled painters took over. It was a week-long job and they were there every morning when they said they would be and worked hard in the hot sun all day. Work was completed a bit ahead of schedule. Both outside and inside look terrific. Santos is very caring and detail oriented. His crew is excellent and everything was cleaned up really nicely when they were done. Communication with Alex, Melissa and Richard was daily. They kept us updated on all work to be performed the following day as well as what was completed each day. We had no "surprises". If there was a needed change order or an idea to lower costs it was communicated immediately. To give an idea of some of the projects we had done; new roof, installed gutters around entire house and garage, major interior repair due to massive water leak on second floor that completely flooded 1st floor (walls, ceiling, stairs) new wood look tile flooring downstairs, interior design - turned my 3 1/2 car garage in to a full 2 car garage and a beautiful pool room with French doors leading to the pool, wood look tile flooring and a split AC/Heater unit. They handled improving the bracing, installing subfloor, additional bracing in the walls, dry wall, painting, texture, installation of the door, electrical outlets and installation of the flooring. The storage room that they completed is my favorite room of my home. The flooring was installed perfectly and there isn't a pop or squeak in the whole room. I wish that these guys had built my whole home. The project Manager Alex was very hands on, and he worked on-site most days. In the event that he would go to another job site he would let me know the plan for the day and generally check in on his return, or at the end of the day. The team kept a clean jobsite and would clean up at the end of every work day. I would have no hesitation on hiring them and I plan on hiring them in the near future for some additional work around the home.

Eldridge put a roof on my house in Oct. 2024. We have been…read moretrying to get them to repair several issues with the roof from day one. It leaks, drip edge was installed incorrectly, and wrong drip edge was used. They cut my ridge for ridge vents when we were very clear we did not want them. They tried to cover the gap up with shingles instead of repairing the roof deck. Shingles were not nailed down correctly. Whirlybirds were not installed correctly. They billed for several items they did not do. They have admitted some of the problems but have made no attempt to repair them. If you had a roof put on by them, you should have it inspected by a qualified roofer.
