I had to repeatedly request information regarding marketing efforts, showing activity, tenant feedback, and ANY recommendations to improve leasing performance. We were willing to adjust pricing and make changes if necessary, but we provided with absolutely no proactive guidance - guidance you would expect from a professional property management company. On top of that, our new property manager went out today and discovered that the utilities had never been turned on and there was mouse/lizard droppings throughout the home. We trusted Guld Coast to help us rent and take care of this home as we are located out of state. They wasted 4 months of our time and thousands of dollars. After the initial meeting (which went great) communication from Kellie became slower and slower. Through December we set it aside as the holidays and our home was finally listed the 2nd week of January, almost a month after our contract date. Once our home was listed we recieved little to no feedback. It would take repeated emails asking for information before she responded at all. 11 days after our home was listed the price was dropped by $10,000. We still had very little feedback and she had put in what I consider to be no effort to sell our home. I staged, photographed, and profesionally video'd the home myself. She initially told us that she would hold an Open House 2 weeks after the home was listed, to our knowledge she never held an Open House. In early March 2019 we emailed her multiple times asking for an update with no response. The last week of March we emailed her stateting that she needed to respond to us or we would be canceling our contract. We recieved a phone call a few days later from another local agent stating that he saw that our home had been removed from the MLS and was wondering if we were searching for a new agent. He was able to confirm that the home had been removed from the market at 3:30pm that day. The following day the keybox and sign were removed from our home. We still have not recieved any type of contact from Kellie.

What is generally considered to be affordable housing, a trash/ 55 year old trailer will cost you well over $2,000.00 a month with all fees included, when your mobile home is destroyed in a hurricane and unlivable they will demand payment anyway, going so far as suing you. Thank God the State is investigating this horrible, disgusting company. Hopefully criminal charges will be forthcoming.
