Okta took the time to place all the precautionary measures within the swap of thermals to protect my Motherboard in full (kapton tape and oil application for the pad) I will be evaluating this for the next couple of days to see if the the temps remain stable but to be honest initial overview of the temps are fantastic! I didn't know this when I hired them. I was referred by another business who suggested I reach out. I'm glad I did. I had another dishwasher repairman come in and quote me $600+ to repair the dishwasher. At that point, I decided I was ready to buy a new one. Then I got a referral to Home Ease Solutions and Nick showed up. He was courteous, prepared and ready to take on the challenge of this finicky Bosch dishwasher. I am very pleased with Home Ease Solutions. They went out of their way to accommodate a pre Thanksgiving repair, took the time to diagnose and not guess at the problem, and then while at my house at 7:00pm when he finished, didn't try to up charge me for the late hour work. Nick knows his dishwashers in detail and has many years, as I found out, repairing them. He also does washers and dryers too. I would give this business 6 stars if I could but 5 is the max. He was on time, did the job with confidence, and did it for a fair price (something we don't see in Encinitas often). If you have a dishwasher or clothes washer/ dryer issue, give Nick a call.
