    We have been a part of Ryan's office for 10+ years, using State Farm for our auto, personal home,…read moreand rental homes. The office manager, Lynette (?), prior to 2022 was simply amazing; she made a true effort in finding me the best deals and communicate extremely well. It pains me to write this review just based on the past 6 months, but I received such horrendous customer service and no response from his office, that this is my only avenue. I hope someone from the office will remedy the issue (I tried to get contact Ryan and his office would not allow us to talk to him directly) and those reading this review will be prepared to know what to expect. As I was attempting to get coverage for family members outside our immediate family mid-2022, I noticed major differences in response time and guidance. It would progressively take longer for what felt like simple requests like a cancellation of a policy or quote for a new policy...I'm talking 3+ weeks with no email or phone call. It wasn't until that family member was involved in a car accident did we find out that their policy had been cancelled; their office claimed underwriting sent out a letter notifying us via mail but that is definitely not the case. We combed through many notices from their office and did not find that one. After contacting a lawyer, they said insurance companies have protection around notices getting lost in transit or whatever, so that point is a losing battle in court. Prior to the accident, I had called their office for 3 weeks trying to get a status on that particular policy as I was informed over the phone it required some changes - nowhere in that communication was cancellation mentioned. I had emailed multiple times but the manager (I know her name very well but do not think it right to negatively speak of someone online even though their actions very much warrant it just because it's so permanent) was hardly in that Carrollton office and those answering the phone were not licensed so could not give guidance nor make changes; they could only "pass along the message." I spoke to the manager finally after the accident occurred and learned that she was stretched across multiple locations and seemed to be one of the few who were licensed who could help. She also told me that she had only been licensed barely a year and that the office doesn't really check their emails (nor do they check their voicemails or pick up the phone, apparently). What I took from that conversation was that she was overwhelmed and also did not have the expertise to have guided my family well at all. I am fuming because since discussing that huge issue with her, Ryan has not reached out at all and on top of that, I am continuing to be billed for a policy I was told on the phone was going to be cancelled. I plan to cancel my other policies with this office immediately. While once a great office, something has happened that has degraded the superior customer service and quality expertise I once received.
