Unfortunately, my mom had to go to a rehabilitation to help get her strong. She was a patient at Park-house. She met a worker there who she spoke highly of. During my visits to see my mom, I finally met the CNA who she spoke of. Park-house, this facility has a gem who shows the patients respect, treat them with compassion and dignity. I witness this worker show support with an incident that happened outside the court yard. That shows me that she's a team player and will go beyond her duties to help out. Management in Park-house, appreciate and show workers like April DePriest (?), that she is valuable. I personally appreciate that I could feel comfortable with my mom being 55 minutes away from me, knowing that April was there to support her. I am using them for an oral Sleep Apnea appliance. I couldn't use CPAP so I went the route. Dr Paster was very upfront about the cost and how much my insurance might pay vs my out of pocket. I didn't have to do anything and Medicare/my Medigap covered 100% which was a pleasant surprise. This worked out despite the fact that I had tried CPAP and returned it within the trial period which complicates Medicare filing - several other providers refused to take my case. I also got a recipe holder at Bed Bath and Beyond to hold any paper work so I could read it at eye level as well instead of looking down. It took about 4 months until I could really feel a difference with corrections I made and treatments I got from Beacon. My neck vertabrae was so out of line it was creating a lot of pain. If you have a 3 o'clock apt time so do 6 other people with only 2 doctors in the building. So if you want to be in and out that means if you have to stand outside for 15-20 minutes to make sure you are in the door first, 20 degrees or 95 degree. REALLY I have been going to doctors for 84 years and have NEVER had to stand outside side in line. Now about my insurance 3 phone calls with 3 different insurance people say I have unlimited chiropractor treatments each year Staff here tells me I am out of insurance and want me to pay for my treatments. They quickly…read moredeleted the post after I provided the verified fact check, and have provided screen shots below. However, this is not the only reason I feel negatively about this business. The owner is actively anti-vax and essentially, anti ACTUAL medical care as made clear by her prior posts. While in the office years ago, she made multiple claims that her essential oils could help symptoms of my PSTD and type 1 diabetes. THIS IS FALSE. She is part of an MLM called Doterra. She pushes her oils on you, claiming they can fix just about everything. This is medically irresponsible and could lead to a lot of issues for patients down the road. Do not be manipulated by this business. As someone with an auto-immune disorder, I take the things I've said very seriously. I know these are big claims, but I don't want anyone to end up compromised healthwise because they think a sniff of lavender will cure them of the flu. Practices such as this should not be legal.

I was somewhat familiar with them as they have a clinic in the YMCA building on township line Rd. I scheduled my first visit for a Wednesday at which time Dr John assessed my situation based on a q&a session. First session went well and scheduled 2nd visit two days later. That went well and showing vast improvement. Dr John said schedule two more visits for following week and he felt sure we could wrap it up!!! I was a bit amazed as it's not unusual for specialist of all types to keep you coming back as much as possible. I did set up the two sessions and true to his word wrapped up the whole thing this past Wednesday and to my satisfaction. In summary, you'll find Dr John and his entire staff courteous and professional. And Gina, the receptionist, Jill of all trades is a real sweetheart.

I received excellent treatment in the Phoenixville office in the last year & posted on their site. Unfortunately, due to MY lack of follow through on PT & exercise, I am now having additional complications with this leg length difference acquired after a hip replacement. SO Who You Gonna Call?
