We ended up bringing the phone back 5 times (often times paying labor fees for them to "fix" what they were supposed to have already fixed in the first place) and spending $240 (the cost of a brand new phone) before they finally said they could never truly fix the camera. By then we had literally bought just about every piece of the phone and, frustrated, we said fine and tried to work with what they did "fix" only to have the phone continuously glitch and get worse. Unbeknownst to us, the phone was not reassembled correctly and the brand new screen ended up cracking. We brought the phone back and they refused to refund us or help us.
