Unprofessional. Pharmacist and owner, Chirag, refused to call my Dr office to facilitate refill. Dr office wants to hear from pharmacist, not a lay person. It was great while refill lasted. Then when a little extra work was needed by pharmacist, he was inadequate. I see same in other reviews. Really pathetic that someone who went to school to indirectly help people with their medication doesn't want to do that unless it only involves pushing a button to dispense medication. I see other reviews where they reported him to the Board of Professional Regulation. I did same for refusing to coordinate with my Dr and perform basic required pharmacist skills. I try to give the small guys some business, and this is why we use cvs or walgreens. They provide basic customer service. read more

They closed without warning and no assistance for current clients. I feel like they became a victim of their own success. When they first opened they couldn't do enough for clients but as time went on I think they became overwhelmed. Pity. read more

Vanished two weeks ago. No announcement, nothing changed on the website, no emails to customers - just cleaned out and gone. I went to pick up a prescription and it was an empty office space. It would be funny if not so infuriating. Apparently they moved to Addison and changed their name. VERY suspicious....avoid using them, change to anyone else. read more

What kind of pharmacy is closed 3 days a week, and is never open in the morning or after 4pm?? Tried to get my prescription only to realize there's going to be a 3-day delay... What's equally wild are the 11 five-star reviews that Yelp had to hide because they were obviously sham reviews. I feel silly for even trying to use this place. read more

I called in three RX's on a Monday AM. The person that answered the phone told me delivery on Tuesday. No drugs by Wednesday! So I called my Doctor office to have them called into another provider Thursday AM. Then Friday per Aileen, @ my doctors' said she heard from Prohealth (they are in the same building), they could have them delivered that day. I said hell No, they couldn't back to me about the Monday order!!!!! I waited a week for my drugs? Crappy Customer Service!! Avoid at all costs!! read more

My provider told me if we filled on Saturday before they closed they would be able to deliver on Monday. The pharmacy called less than 1 hour after receiving my order on Saturday, to take my money. Then from that point they told me it would be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday they said it will be delivered on Wednesday. I told the tech I needed to call my provider, I needed it that day as I was several days past with no meds. The next day rolls around and now the order has not been delivered. It was cancelled by the tech based on my statement. I never asked for the order to be cancelled. I simple stated that I needed to call my provider for a solution. Needless to say the local pharmacy was able to fill it. It basically took me down for a week from work and ruined a business trip. They could care less, they got their money up front. read more

We switched to ProHealth maybe 6 months ago and will not go the big chains again! Dimple is by far the most amazing pharmacist I have ever encountered. Every time she calls, I feel as if I am her only customer! She is very attentive and goes that extra mile to find what other pharmacies said could not be done. She has delivered on what we preferred every time! She even called US to let us know it was time to refill and she took the initiative to make sure she had our brand in stock before we ran out. There is no drive thru and I can not compulsively shop while waiting in line for what seems like hours at other pharmacies. I am okay with that! It feels "small town, old-school" with exceptional service and that kind of customer attention is very hard to come by these days! read more

This is by far the best Pharm I have ever used and trust me when I say that I have been to every Pham available in this area. NO WAITING AT ALL and the pricing is the so cheap. I have never in my life had a pharmacist work so hard to make sure I was getting everything at the lowest cost. I didn't realize how much I was being over charged until I came to this store. The pharmacist is so knowlegable about every medication and will answer all your questions. There is absolutely no wait time at all. You give her the script and she fills it in two seconds for you. She has my monthly meds always ready for me and they are always on time. She will call you and let you know if there is a shortage on any medication and she works her hardest to make sure you have the exact meds and brand names you use. I am very sensitive to changes with my meds and she always lets me know what is going on and if there will be an issue ahead of time. If there is any issues like med shortages she will slove them so you don't stresss at all. This pharmacist also really helped me while I was going through an extremely hard time both personally and with all my health issues. I think she could sense I was really struggling and she stuck with me through it. She really supported me and worked with me to make sure I was getting better. She treats you with respect and gives you the best privacy possible. She never makes you feel uncomfortable about your medication and she respects your privacy. I will forever be greatful to her for how she treated me during my time of need and how much easier she made my life with having all my many medications perfectly ordered and filled on time. I didn't have to worry about a thing. She contacted all my doctors for me, got refills for me, kept me updated when new scripts were needed, and did it in the cheapest way possible . I honestly felt like she took a huge weight off my shoulders. Anyone who struggles with health issues knows how difficult it can be dealing with pharmacies. Some don't have your meds, they will forget to order, they won't tell you when you need a refill or new script. I never dealt with any issues like that with this wonderful store. The owner should be commended . She is one of the hardest working people I know and she really cares about her customers. If you are looking for a pharmacy to make your life easier this is the one. She helped me so much and it was so much easier then dealing with an expensive Pharm like Walgreens or CVS where it takes hours to get your meds filled and you stand around waiting. I honestly can't thank her enough for what she did for me. She really helped me in my time of need and I will never forget that!! I hope you all give this place a try. Dimple at ProHealth is hands down the best pharmacist I've ever had. She'll bend over backwards if she can to make sure you get what you need at the best price. Also, she proactively handles things like prior authorizations and really tries to take as much effort as possible out of the customer's hands. I have been going to Pro Health Drugs for just over a month. The personal service they offer is stellar! I just picked up all of my vitamin supplements today at less than what I would have paid at Walgreens. Filled a prescription that wasn't covered by insurance so a bit of sticker shock (my Dr told me it would be expensive). Minutes after I left the store the pharmacist called me to let me know she found a coupon for the drug which lowered my cost by $60. I'm so impressed by this pharmacy. Yesterday, we needed medicine quickly for my guinea pig. We called around. Walgreens and Osco said they did not have the strength we needed in stock, and other pharmacies said they wouldn't have the medicine ready until the next day or longer. We couldn't wait that long. Then we remembered seeing this pharmacy at a business show. We called them up. So glad we did! The pharmacist was very pleasant and said she could have the medicine ready for us that day. We also asked if the medicine could be flavored since our guinea pig has a hard enough time taking the medicine as is, and she did it with no problem. Less than an hour later, the pharmacist called to say the medicine was ready. When we arrived at the store, she was very nice, explained the directions on the medicine, and charged us a very reasonable price. The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked. On ProHealth Drug's webpage, they claim that they are a pharmacy that delivers fast personalized service, everyday low prices, expert/knowledgeable staff, and service with a smile. Usually when a business claims something, it is exaggerated and falls short. But in this case, ProHealth Drugs delivers fully on every promise! I walked out of the store a satisfied customer and would definitely come back whenever I have a need. Btw, my guinea pig (for once) likes his medicine, and seems to be doing better! :) read more
