This was their error, but I left and rescheduled for 1 1/2 weeks later. I was told to arrive at 7:30 am for an 8:00am test. When I arrived, I was told it wasn't until 8:30am. This facility cannot handle the office; I don't want to ever use them for my healthcare. I have been waiting for this MRI for over 2 months, but I will wait longer to go to another facility.

Nothing felt old or shabby. The front desk staff is friendly and fast. Check-in was a breeze. As always, the wait was not long nor did the appointment start late. The medical assistants are always great at these clinics and personable. The care I felt was tangible, despite this being a conversation and not an exam scenario. That being said, I didn't know there would be no exam and this could have been a virtual visit where I didn't drive halfway across town.It would have been super to have known that ahead of time. Rush hour traffic early in the day to see a gynecologist is not in my list of favorite experiences. One star lost there for not giving me options.

It's quite a drive for me, but it has been worth the change. Staff is phenomenal, especially the therapist (Shelly). Therapist is supported by wonderful reception and MA- and there is a scheduler available at checkout. It is really well organized here. Location is clean and parking is easy. I even heard that one of the physicians went out and shoveled for patients when the snow removal service hadn't finished their job!

I had been looking for a dermatologist after moving here from AZ. I found this office and saw they…read morewere in network for me. After reading about their physicians, I decided to call them for an appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment for 2/1/2027 when I made the appointment in March 2026. It was that far out because as a physician, I only like to see physicians, not midlevels (nurse practitioners or PAs -- side note, it is your right to ask to see a physician and not a midlevel). They did accomodate that request, but I had to wait almost a year for that appointment. In less than two months after making that appointment, I received a form letter saying that the physician with whom I had an appointment was no longer going to be seeing regular patients, only doing cosmetic derm, and she spent a lot of time deciding who she wanted me to go see -- she wanted me to see one of the PAs. Yeah, no. I can find another dermatologist. So while, I did not actually see anyone in the office, I did have experience with trying to establish care, requesting a physician, and then that being denied. As a physician, I will not tolerate being pushed to midlevels, and neither should anyone else.

When my friend found a lump…read moreshe wasn't told to get a diagnostic mammogram, just told she should have another thermography and was charged for the second scan. She was told that everything looked fine. After time she started to experience pain and went to her doctor. The lump was cancerous and she had a mastectomy. A thermography detects heat. This cancer was encapsulated so it did not give off heat. Be aware that no-one told my friend this nor did they suggest she go to her doctor.

I did receive a confirmation email and text for the appointment. I got there about 20 minutes early. Friendly receptionist. Nice waiting area. The temperature was perfect. While I was waiting, another person showed up for the same person and the same appointment time. I have to say, Jen is a complete professional. She took me back to the room and got me started on paperwork. She came back and did the thermography. It goes so quickly. Painless and no smooshing your tatas. No radiation. Specially trained MD or DO reads the results of the scan. You will get your results in 3 to 5 days. She was able to fit the other person in right after me so it all worked out for everyone. First, parking is close and easy. Usually you can stay very close to the door. Second, the facility is small and check-in is fast and friendly and the waiting area is immediately accessible. They have a coffee machine, a table or two and standard chairs and couches for family and patients. There's also a TV and a monitor which tracks patient progress through their procedure for any waiting family or friends not inside with the patient. The interior waiting areas for patients having a procedure are standard hospital bays, with no doors, curtain access, but a recliner chair for companions or family members where they can stay throughout if they prefer. The privacy is perhaps minimal, but the access for the care time is easy and open. Every team member I've encountered here has been great - friendly, comforting, and this is important, they all seem to make a personal connection - even if it's small, that makes you feel seen as an individual. The Froedtert/Medical College is a massive organization and complex, so this is a very limited review of one area, which is the Center for Advanced Care, and specifically the Ear Nose and Throat Clinic. Been coming here for several years, and have always been impressed with the level of professionalism, and care. Especially the staff that work with Dr. David Poetker. Would recommend them to others that are struggling with ENT issues. Once you are in the proper parking structure, it's a quick ride up to the 5th floor. Get off the elevator and go east.
