I had time to spare so I did as he suggested. One of the vapes worked no problem there the second one did not work. It seemed that the battery or charge mechanism defective. The clerk asked to see the item and wanted to charge it. I said sure he charged it for about a minute and it still did not work. I asked for a refund or exchange and he said no, he won't do that. there is some back-and-forth as I continued to impress upon him my lack of faith in that product once it was " charged " and if I left home and it was not able to keep a charge, I was out of luck. I paid for a product that was defective so I must get a refund or an exchange for a product that works and he continued to say no. there is no information about all sales are final or buy at your own risk. Why would he have me try the item in the first place if he was just going to not Offer any recompense for a defective item. What he did is illegal.the people behind me said this clerk is like that, difficult and give people a hard time. I asked for a receipt and I left once I got that. all I request is a refund or exchange for an item of equal value because what he committed was THEFT! I've had two successful repairs to glass in the past at this location…read more I brought one of the same pieces for another repair that I was unsure could even be performed. They says they would try, and would call me if the repair was not possible. A few days later I was called and told the repair wasn't possible. Unfortunately, in the process to heat the glass for pre-cleaning, the piece cracked. The owner personally came out to explain what happened, and offered me anything in their store that was comparable to the cost of the repair. As it turned out, I noticed this location has a selection of products priced at 50% off. I asked about them, and they clarified their were fully functional, just cosmetically imperfect. I saw a piece that I actually noticed when I first dropped of my piece for repair, and noticed it was in the 50% off selection. I asked about it, and they pointed out the most insignificant defects that are only noticeable to the true glass enthusiast. I asked if I could take it, and the owner didn't even charge me for the downstem or bowl piece. On top of that, I've worked in the industry so long I've hardly had to use them. Since I've moved here Joe has become the only guy I trust for all my vape needs. I'm here at least 2 or 3 times a week and Joe always has fully stocked shelves and is constantly rotating new devices, glass wear, accessories, you name it. The store has always been awesome but since the remodel dare I say this is probably one of the nicest shops in the valley WITH one of the largest selections I've seen anywhere.
