Before we started, Karah asked if I had any concerns and told me if I ever felt uncomfortable at any point during the service to let her know. I told her that I wanted stretching incorporated. There is nothing like someone giving you a good stretch because that was so needed after the workouts I've had. I also asked her to be mindful of heavy pressure on my lower back. The massage room was comfortable, light music, and low lights on, making the experience more enjoyable. I was offered water and a snack before and after the service. I felt so rejuvenated and sleepy afterwards and will be back when I'm in the area.

I tried chiropractic care, physical therapy, and various other massage therapist. Only 1 massage therapist has made a significant positive difference - and he lives all the way in Washington State! I scoured the internet and yelp for medical massages - I don't need the fluff of a spa or a place to relax, I needed someone to get in there and work out that pinched nerve! I needed results! I can't thank Ross enough for how much time and care she took when working on me last week. She was thorough, and had lots of tricks up her sleeves including aromatherapy and some metal scraping tools. I have never had someone use a fascia tool on me and was absolutely thrilled!! Ohhh wee....I was in pain on the table and was sore after...but the massage worked! My pain isn't as bad and for the first time in 4 months i was able to sleep on the side of the pinched nerve!! I found my GO TO massage therapist in Dallas and am considering getting a membership for a 1 hour tune up per month to see Ross. I stopped her three times and had to wipe excess oil off my soggy neck and back. All she would say is "ok. Tank you." I will never go back here. At check out, they charge a fee for using credit card. I tipped her a measly 8 bucks because it was so horrible i had to stop being relaxed and explain to her so many things. And then she was uoset with my tip so i had to explain why the tip reflected the poor massage. Do not go here

The staff at Tranquility Massage has supplanted the Chiropractor. I prefer heavy pressure and my wife likes it a bit lighter.
