His team came by expecting to cut off the main in my house and simply replace the PRV. Seeing the condition of my main shut off we all agreed that getting Parsippany to cut the water from the street would be the best play. Since Albon is a Parsippany business, his team was able to coordinate the water shut off with the town for Wednesday morning. Their customer service is nonexistent, their communication is dishonest, and their business practices are deceptive. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not use this company.
