Had a great experience with this plumbing service that I called for the first time. We had a leak under our kitchen sink, and they were able to come out the same day. Tyler, the technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He had to cut and replace the brass trap attached to the garbage disposal, and he handled everything efficiently and professionally within a short amount of time. Poor response to my review. I was never given an estimate of the repair and it was 7" of copper pipe and three elbows. Technician spent 40 min at my home including cutting the soffit open (since it was pouring down there was no effort needed to locate the leak) so accounting for about $40 worth of compression fittings I was charged approximately a rate of $800 an hour. Which is far in excess of any normal plumber. read more

I contacted All Clear based on their reviews on Yelp and I absolutely couldn't be happier with my experience with them. Prompt communication, courtesy texts when they were on the way and as you can see in the photo, the work performed was absolutely top tier. George de Jesus performed the work and he was courteous, professional and just a nice guy in addition to being an artist with copper. He completely replumbed the four zone heating system from scratch in three days and reduced it from a 12' mess to fit in a 4' closet while fixing numerous problems. ALL CLEAR PLUMBING: I am not typically the person to write negative reviews, however the experience I had with All Clear Plumbing was so disappointing, that I'd like to warn others before they commit to this company. We had $13,000 worth of equipment installed in our home from this company within the last 3 years (a new boiler system, hot water pressure tank, well pump, and well tank). When our hot water pressure tank failed, and was still under a manufacturers warranty, All Clear claimed they did not work on this system any longer and could not help us. Even though the boiler company (Energy Kinetics) confirms they are still actively in business with them. Fast forward a couple of weeks later when our well pump failed (when it rains it pours), we called All Clear, and again they claimed they "no longer install well pumps or well tanks. That they have no information on the work they completed in our home and couldn't help us". In addition to well pump services, All Clear also advertises on their website that they offer 24/7 availability and assistance, and this is not the case, as my family of four waited several days without water before receiving a phone call back from them (and had to repeatedly call to get in touch with the the owner). After finally speaking with the owner, Al, he acted as if nothing was faulty on their end. When I questioned him about the facts above, he became rude and unprofessional over the phone, and eventually hung up on me. Interestingly enough, they removed "well pump services" from their website after our conversation. (still have the photo of it listed) Thankfully, we found two new companies who professionally and happily assisted us through the warranty process on BOTH the hot water pressure tank (Regional Heating) and the well pump (RC Well Systems). They also gained a new customer! I would advise anyone who is thinking of using All Clear Plumbing to look in another direction. Though they may install equipment, getting in touch with them after the fact for any type of support or follow up information is impossible, and they will likely not offer assistance anyway. They only get a 2 stars for solid reasons. First, they picked up the phone. Two, the plumber who came to our house valiantly tried to fix our clog. Finally, I was not charged. But Mike, they did not charge you! Why are you upset?! I started off with a slow drain in two bathrooms that shared a wall and pipe (obviously). It was clear to all that the problem was further "down the line". Out came the equipment! Long story short: When the plumber left, both sinks were FULLY clogged. I now had a slow leak in a sink that DID NOT DRAIN. When I called the next day. I explained to the nice woman who answered the phone what the issue was worse and asked what were the next steps ( I was giving them a chance to send out a more experienced team member ). I was told they first needed to speak to the initial plumber. I called six hours later to follow-up, but the plumber was on a big project. But she would get back to me. Still no call back! I was forced to contact another contractor. What really grinds my gears? If it is above the employee's pay grade, send out a more experienced member. If after consultation it is determined that they cannot help me with my issue, inform me that you can't help and possibly make a recommendation as to somebody who can. Any person who has integrity might not be happy with that answer, but they would respect the honesty. read more

I've had the opportunity to use these guys twice - once upon moving in to my new home and then again this week. Both times, the plumbers have been extremely kind and professional. They did a thorough and quick job and always responded quickly to calls. They were able to solve my first issue at a fair price. My second issue with my heating system they attempted to fix but the fix didn't "fix" what they thought the problem was. They offered to reimburse me for the initial "fix" and recommended a specialist for me to get in touch with. I'm very impressed with their business practice and their plumbers. I called to get a leaky pipe fixed. After the pipe was fixed, the shut off valve (located next to the repair) stopped working before the plumber even left the house. He said it was just a coincidence and charged me $250 to fixed the valve that worked fine prior to his work. DONT HIRE THEM! read more

Just had All Clear come in to fix a clogged kitchen drain. Nothing major, but a nuisance none the less. Calvin came out within an hour of my call on a Saturday, snaked the line and then hydro jetted the line to clear out 20 years worth of grease and food. He was great, took his time, did an excellent job, and I would welcome him into my home any time I needed a plumber. Great find and a reasonable price for the work done. read more

First time I called was when we got home from an extended vacation, turned the water on and had water cascading down our family room ceiling. Called them as they popped up on Google and it said 24 hour service. Indeed. Came within three hours, ripped enough of the ceiling apart to diagnose and replaced a small hose in an upstairs bathroom. Then they recommended a remediation service that was wonderful. Today was simpler - needed an instant hot repaired and the washer valve fixed or replaced - plus an estimate to replace the toilet in the basement. Called last night, came around 10 AM this morning and EVERYTHING done - including the toilet. Had an incident at my house where a secondary line got clogged and over flowed my downstairs bathroom sink. It wasn't noticed for a while and we received a ton of water damage in 3 different rooms and in the basement. Wasn't aware of any plumbers in the area and stumbled upon All Clear. They were very professional and and provided help immediately. This was huge as it was 10pm. The tech arrived at my house and diagnosed the problem fairly quick. He then went over the process to fix the issue and gave us a fair price. He went on to complete the work. He even gave us a partner company to help with the water damage who also has been pleasant to deal with so far. While the water damage company was working the following day, we had an issue now in the kitchen sink with flooding. We contacted all clear and the same rep was at our house in no time. He quickly fixed the issue. Hopefully nothing else happens again, but would be my first call if I did need help. read more

We've had All Clear Plumbing come to our house three times now. Although they tend to be a little late, their office always calls when they are on their way, and both plumbers we dealt with were friendly, professional and fair. The first time our shower faucet stopped moving, and although the plumber originally thought it might be a more expensive job, once he got into it, it was better than he thought, and he was able to repair for considerably less than initially thought. The second/third times, we had them problem solve sewage smell in our bathroom and basement. They attempted to scope the piping (very old iron piping) but couldn't find anything and tried a few other less expensive things before concluding (as we suspected) that the pipes, which showed some outside rust/rot signs should be replaced. We knew it needed to be done anyway, and since he couldn't find anything with the scope (which was a bit expensive), he put that cost towards our pipe replacements. Wound up we were totally validated, as once he got up into the pipes, he found a BIIG lengthwise crack in the pipe. Once repaired, smells immediately dissipated, and we believe that the excessive moisture in our basement was also fixed, since there was no moisture leaking from the pipes! I was surprised that All Clear did larger jobs, and they are in fact just fine at handling such jobs. We'd definitely recommend them to others. read more
